Same here.  Received a call.  I did not answer.  No message was left.

This is Santander Consumer USA. Another one of their many many numbers. They didn't really leave a message this time, but I had the pleasure of listening to the call center employees talk about the cookies they were eating.

They call my work they call my elderly parents house....They r rude and have the worst customer sevice I have ever experienced.

This number calls my business every day. I tell them that the person they are looking for does not work here, and they call back the next day. Today, I called the number back and the person who answered had no idea what I was talking about. They hang up when I try to tell them to stop calling. The numbers they use are 303-302-1410 and 214-237-3516.
Does anyone know how to get them to stop calling?

Yes, they can't wait for you to be late and then harrass the heck out of you!  We tell them it will be paid on such and such date and they still call about 5 times a freaking day to each of us!  There has to be something we can do about t.

Not only do Santander call from this number here are several more to look out for:303-658-9000,214-237-3670,817-887-0121,866-905-8941,214-540-2035,972-559-1162,214-614-3300,469-385-5260,214-614-3380.  I guess they can afford all these lines since they charge over 100.00 in late fees for a few of days!

One week late and they call my cell phone from eight different numbers.  When I don't answer, my work phone rings with those numbers two minutes later.  From what I understand there is a class action started against them in Texas.  Its ridiculous that they are allowed to get away with this.  I still have two more years to go.  The actually called my brother-in-law once and told him all the details of my loan and lateness!  Totally against the law for them to divulge any information to anybody.  Just don't get why they are allowed to harass people like this.  I'm looking into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have bad credit so when I purchased the car, they had Santander financed my car. You become 3 or 4 days late on your car payment, this people would not leave you alone. And their agents are the most rude/ unsympathetic agent ever. I am sooooooo looking for the day where I my car is fully paid for.

They use a 972 area code and this guy sounds Latin but this area code is ATL

What can the BBB do?  Nothing...it's mainly for verifying the veracity of local businesses, to see if they have a bad rep.  Santander doesn't care if you sic the BBB on them, no effect.  Call / file a complaint with the state attorney generals office.

I have been getting NONSTOP calls from Santander Consumer USA. I have explained my situation many many times and have talked with the manager and sent letters etc. They keep calling and harassing me. They call up to 10 - 15 times a day. They also called about 10 minutes after 5pm on the day that it was due. I mean come on!! SERIOUSLY!!! They are the WORST I have ever dealt with. Ever since they bought out Citi, I have had the worst customer service and bill stuff ever!! I have not received 2 consecutive months of my monthly payment. I know what my monthly payment is and they keep sending me different amounts. They also are charging extreme high interest rates and late fees. They are the worst ever. I contacted BBB and FTC about them. I am letting everyone I know to NEVER EVER get anything from Santander Consumer USA.

I have bad credit as well. But when it was CITI Financial, they worked with me. Santander calls me after 5pm on the day its due if they haven't received it by 5. Multiple numbers and multiple times a day.

This number called and did not leave a message. Then they called again about 30 minutes later. The same happened again. NO MESSAGE LEFT.

They do the same to me. The call everyone on my reference sheet and my job. So everyone on the list probably knows my business at this time. I payments are late, but they get paid and send overnight, so I don't know what the purpose of the stalking is for. It's not like I am months behind. Good grief.

I know what you mean, but sometimes when you start off with one finanical company but later it changes hands, we get stuck with that company. That is what happened to me. I am only behind 30 days and they call me like I owe them multiply payments! And you are correct, they send me statements with different amounts as well. What are the late fees? 100%??? I wish I could refinance through someone else.

What ignorant person calls from this number @ 8:30 (ct) Sunday morning and ask for some one who doesn't reside at the number their calling. Take this number off your list, or expect to be reported to TX Attorney General for hassement.

Says Broadvox Distributers  saw a mention of calls back in 2008 on Google thought is was against Fed Regulations to use assumed names when collecting debts. Hey Santander if you read this>>>>Chinga tu Madre<<<< apologies to those what read spanish, if you don't don't look it up and get shocked.

I would NEVER use this company and I will tell anyone else find another way to get a car.
