A woman named Rochelle called me from this number regarding a job interview.  I did schedule an interview, and then I went online to read about the company, American Income Life.  I googled by company name and also by phone number.  Any information I found on this company was quite vague and really didn't tell me much about it.  I looked at job search engines to see if I could find any posted positions from this companies.  All I found were sales positions, which I was not interested in.  I called the company and asked for Rochelle.  I was disconnected during transfer.  I called again and asked for Rochelle.  A different woman answered.  She transferred me to Joseph, not Rochelle.  When I again asked for Rochelle, he said he could help me.  I asked about the position.  He said it was a customer service/administrative position.  I tried to confirm that it's not a sales job.  He said we train our people to deliver benefits to potential clients.  We want people to buy our benefits packages, he said.  I said, so it is a sales job?  He said no, we deliver benefits; we don't try to get people to do anything they don't want to do.  We just tell them what benefits we offer and let them decide.  Joseph did not calm the bad feeling I had while I was researching this company.  I told him to cancel the interview appointment; it's not what I'm looking for; and I'm not interested.  He attempted to persuade me to still come in for the interview so I could find out more about what they do.  I said I'm really not interested.  He said well, just come in and see what we're about; you can't get a clear picture over the phone.  I said thanks anyway and hung up.  If you get a call from this number, you would be very wise to be suspicious.  I have a very unsettling feeling about this company.  Something is weird here.  FYI, the address they gave me was on Iliff Ave in Aurora, CO.

Got a call from this # this morning.  Caller id showed Jennings and Asc.   No message left.  Not sure who or what it was for.

This is American Income Life calling for an interview.  I made the interview and went in, even after he assured me that it wasn't a sales position.  Yes, it is a sales position.  They advertise it as a desk job, but then send you DOOR TO DOOR to sell their insurance.  The hours are 2-10pm, traveling is required, and the salary is tiered based on how many people you sign up.  SALES!  But they deny that it's a sales position.  I wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time with these fools.  Don't fall for it!  Unless you're a salesman and like hanging out in people's homes.
