I answered the phone and the lady with a heavy accent from India said she doing a survey on the enviroment! How old are your cars and your vacum were a couple of the questions. Told her I was done with the survey and not to call as we are on the do not call list.

Did not pick up as I'm on the do not call list and the caller was not identifying themselves

The person identified themselves as Billy - clearly a solicitation call

didnt answer I am registered under no call

Twice this phone call my home, on the do not call list. Both time the answering machine recorded breathing and sound of unintelligible conversations in the background.

I then called from my work phone, got a recording and left a message asking who was calling my blocked home phone. Interesting to see if they call my work phone...
