Didn't answer the call; no message left.

I got a "missed call" on cellphone.  Dialed the number in Skype.  Got recording "You have reached a non-working number at IBM...".

It's an outbound call from IBM Hardware support.

Call from 303-354-0000 today while I was trying to work.   Thought it was a real call, and answered it.   It was some guy from India calling for me, but I could hardly understand him.   I looked this number up and if even close to correct, it was from IBM Hardware support.   They don't call people at home.   IBM hardware support is for businesses not homes.   It had to be some spammer.

They started calling me at 6:00 am. A  holes

Our company uses IBM as our IT Helpdesk, this is the number that shows up every time they return a phone call to you.  

As others mentioned, this is the call back number for IBM Hardware/Software support.

Caller ID said "IBM". Caller said he was calling from Tech Support, so my first thought was "one of _those_ scams". But he continued, "We've resolved the problem, so can we close-"; I interrupted to tell him he'd dialed the wrong number and I had not called Tech Support. He apologized and hung up. So, a mis-dial from IBM, or a scammer that gave up too easily? Who knows.

Follow-up to last report: Another call, this time supposedly from AT&T (!) Tech Support, again falsely claiming I'd submitted a support request. Told her "wrong number" whereupon she read my number off to me. Both callers had slight Indian accents. So, my money's now on "scam", but it's an odd one. I hope IBM throws its weight behind tracking the scum down.

Got two missed calls two minutes apart this evening. Didn't answer since I'm at work and no VM left. The number doesn't even look real if I had to guess its fraud

As reported this is a number for IBM hardware support. I work for a company that uses them so it's not a scam per say, but whoever opened a ticket to them may have accidentally entered the wrong number or they misdialed. Just say it's the wrong number and that should be it.

Received a call from similar number but was 752.  I'd guess that whoever is behind these calls is able to make this sort of number appear but it's not their number just "borrowed" from a big organisation for the purpose of concealing the origin. I answered but they rang off.

Our company uses this service as well. It is a help desk for IBM. The location is in India that is why you hear an accent.

It's is IBM but it's the Helpdesk for IBM employees so you should only receive this call if you or somebody in your house hold works for them and share the same number

I came here to look up the 303 354 0000 number to see if it was a spam.  I read that the call may be from IBM.  I then realize that after hours and weekends my company outsources our global helpdesk services.  I get a call back as I am reading this forum.  It is in fact a manager from our outsourced global helpdesk calling me back, as I indicated it was OK for them to contact me in regards to my feedback for my after-hours global helpdesk call I made last week.

Oh yeah, I work from home.  So, yeah...IBM is calling me about my company-provided, company-managed asset (my laptop).  We're not all office drones.  By the way, their original advice was wrong, which is why I left the feedback (rep told me I had to buy Office to fix the non-activated error message), and the manager calling back tried to tell me the rep's advice was legit for some employees.  My point is that IBM helpdesk sucks, so I might as well block their number.  Haha

This number is an IBM tech for server support.
