The person who called was very rude and threatened our business with a lien, a business that has been closed for over 6 months and has filled bankrupcy as well... when i called back it took me letting the phone ring for 15 minutes before anyone picked up and it was the same person who called, talked to supervisor to have removed from call list and recieved another call less than 24 hours later... Don't know what they do cause they wont tell you... SCAMMING people to get banking information...

This place has called several times. I am on the Do Not Call Registry so they are clearly in violation.  I have read other websites that indicate this company has stolen people's identities or otherwise ripped them off.  But the Do Not Call violation alone should get them (I think they get fined for each violation.)

Wanting to help me save money on an IRS debt. But very rude. I don't get it I'm always receiving calls for telemarketers and I'm registered with the National Do Not Call List

They've been reported to Do Not Call Registry several times. This outfit has called at least once every weekday for a month.  They will often call two or three times throughout the day.
We owe the IRS nothing.  In fact, we are waiting for money FROM the IRS.
Since nobody that actually wants to talk to us will call our home phone, I set my fax machine to answer every call a couple weeks ago.  Although they get a fax machine every time and they have no business with us, they have continued to call repeatedly.

Said it was a Legal Matter....annoying. We are also on the Do Not Call list and these annoying people and telemarketers continue to call.  Why does it exist?

Person called me and hung up on my answering machine.  I took the number and was able to identify them as these people.  I got their 800 number from their website 800-906-7629.  I spoke with a jacka$$ who eventually identified himself as Zack.  I had to just about strangle him to get that much.  He claimed that I owed the IRS money.  I told him that was news to me since the IRS had not sent me anything in the postal mail...... I informed him I am on the DO NOT CALL lists, and have been since day 1.

This firm called trying to get business from my husband and I for tax relief reasons.  They have repeatedly called, bordering on harassment.  We've told them we do not need their services as we have a tax attorney but they are almost Gestapo in their sales tactic.

They are extremely rude and sometimes threatening as if they can scare you into buying whatever they are selling.  I hung up one woman just to have her call me right back even resorting to saying a few less than ladylike things to her before I did so and she called back the next day!

These people have been calling continually and I have been continually not answering. The last time it was a message stating an "important legal matter". I don't know who they are and don't care. Anything legal and important goes in writing anyway, not over the damned phone.

Never heard of "Clear Creek Con" but I figured it probably was a "con" since I have no outstanding debt or legal issues pending.  I too am on the national DO NOT CALL list.

I received a call from Clear Creek Con today while I was gone. I called the 3034261975 number back and a lady answered. I asked her to please remove my number off of their calling list. She asked me what my number was and said that she would do that. She was very pleasant. More so than what I expected. I've never heard of this company before so they have no business with me. We'll see if they call back.

This company goes through public records looking for companies with liens against them or other tax problems and cold calls them offering to "help." I asked the woman politely to stop calling, told her that we weren't interested in their service and she was extremely argumentative and rude. When she called back again I reiterated that I'd asked not to be called by her company and that I was refusing their offer of services. This last time she went completely over the top. Asked for my husband (even though I'm co-owner of the company), refused to stop calling until she talked to HIM and HE refused their services, actually flat out *threatened* to call me back tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that until I realized that I "needed" their "help" and when I told her that I would file a claim for harassment she said flatly that "it's not harassment." I told her that I'd refused their services and after that it was none of their business how I handled things and she said that it WAS her business because she had kids and when people don't pay their taxes kids don't have text books! I couldn't believe this and asked to talk to her supervisor. I explained to him that I understood full well what his company was offering but that after my experiences with "Jessica" I would NEVER touch their business with at ten foot pole. He, at least, sounded calm and reasonable and told me he'd take our name off his list and take corrective measures with the woman.

Absolutely no identification nor message left, and insistent on talking with "the owner" after repeatedly told he is not available on the phone, "not at this number", and to send their information about vague "legal matter" in postal mail.  Rude reaction: "Then I'll just keep calling until I reach him."  Not going to happen, moron.

And further info: Better Business Bureau has processed 45 complaints in the last 36 months, including "Improper collection practices", "Failure to substantiate charges", "Inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel", "Sales presentation used dishonest sales practices", "Failure to honor service estimate or agreement", and others.

A wonderful way for a BBB-accredited company to gain customers.

Still no identification or understanding that financial queries are only handled in postal mail.  "Con" end of caller id is apt.

I have no DEBT yet these a--holes say I do. Will not take no for an answer. Checked my credit and guess what I owe no one!!

They are fishing for a sucker to get to pay some one else's bad debt.
