This was from Excel Energy wanting me to install one of their energy switches so they can control when an air conditioner comes on and off.  I don't own an air conditioner.  I put them on my block list.

Xcel Energy regarding energy switch.

Xcel Energy letting me know I can have a $40 credit if I have central air.  I have a swamp cooler.

Thanks for the feedback all.  I got TWO calls from them this morning, and missed them both.  I think it's safe to say I can block this one.  Thanks again.

I received a call from 303 481 2193, and they did not leave a vm...probably xcel like the above...no voicemail

they are persistent, called once yesterday and twice today. I don't have nor need an air conditioner. How do I get them to stop calling me (I did put them on the blocked list, so I don't have to listen to their nonsense)? No vm.

If you callback you can be put on their do not call list via automated system.
