I did not answer an unknown caller.  They did not leave message.  Later I test called them, got the "not in service" message.

Was some automated message about reducing credit card rates and never referenced me by name or identified themselves.  I pressed 1 to tell them to remove me from their list, and the customer service agent promptly hung up on me.

They just called my iPhone (despite being on a do not call list). Answered the call, they said nothing and they tried calling again while I was still waiting for a reply. I answered the "incoming" call and again, no response and eventual hang up.  

I regularly "block the caller" on my iPhone when these calls occur as well as seek the info on-line as I have done here.

Keep getting calls from numbers I do not recognize from out of state. When I call back it states not a good number.

Unknown Caller. Keep Calling me. From Denver Colorado listed as Matthew or Scott.

Drug addicted card services.  I gave them false information, and they came back and got quite nasty when I told them I gave them wrong information.  I figure if I keep them on the line, it's one less person they will try to scam.

SCAM CALL. Don't give them any information, including any account numbers/credit card numbers.

No message left. I call back and its an automated message about a "non-profit" that is offering lower interest rate to credit card holders.

I press 1 to be transferred to someone...The call volume is very low and it sounds like an african-american woman. She asks if I was calling to take advantage of the low interest credit card offer. I say yes and ask what it is about... There is a 5-10 second pause and I say, "Hello?" She gets rude and says, "Hello, can you not hear me?" in a very snotty tone. Then the line disconnected.

got robocall on my cell from 303-490-7410 caller ID said "NO NAME" on Tuesday 02-25-14 @ 322 PM.

Credit Card SCAMMERS call "..........press 1 to reduce your rates or 3 to be removed from our list".
Didn't do either and let the call disconnect and then went and blocked the TURDS.

keep calling have tryed to stop to no avail , scam artist should send them to jail

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

This call came in at 9:25 pm FEB. 25 2014I'm getting sick of these phone calls.

Every day they call

I am so tired of these calls. They are very annoying especially on my iPhone which I use primarily for business. There must be some way to catch these losers and disable their ability to continue these calls.

They call my cell while roaming incurring charges on my account!  My taxes paid for the NSA to keep a log of all calls, phone number, and date/time.  Id the Do Not Call was serious, they could use that list to identify and prosecute.

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

These [***] call everyday, and the caller ID come sup from all diffrent area codes.  I went out and spent the big bucks on a whistle, a regular referees whistle.  I press '1' and pretend i am interested, and warn them, and then blow.......it makes me happy.
