THIS COMPANY IS TOTAL FRAUD!! They will not give the name of the company.  They are very defensive if you ask, and worried if you are going to put them in jeopardy.

They have called us as many as 3-5 times a day, supposedly trying to sell Google maps services to me.  When I have declined at least 3 times a week for the past 4 months, I was told by Michael that he is putting my name and number in the trash because that is where I belong.  And then told me off.  When tried to call their supervisor Mr. Richards or was it Mr. Robert Evans???), by George and Erik both, no one could tell me anything about their company marketing name, because they did not want to loose their jobs.

Recording saying its a call back as I was having issues with my google listing and they apologized that it took so long to call back... please I called no one.  so sick of all of these google scams! I hung up.

These scammers call non-stop. When you request to be put on the do not call list or ask what the name of their company is they automatically get very rude and defensive. When you call them out on being a scam and ask for a supervisor they just argue with you. They hung up on me so I called back to get a manager and the guy who answered the phone was the most ignorant piece of garbage I've had the displeasure of speaking with in my life. Told me he didn't care if i was Hitler (his actual words) and not to flatter myself into thinking they call our business non-stop - but they do and i have the phone records to prove it. Next time one of these telephone tough guys call my lawyer and the authorities will be involved

I have received a rude harassing call from this company who can not even provide a business name and claims to be google.com

Google is the biggest problem I've had since I got involved with them by downloading Chrome and establishing a Google account. My email spam has quadrupled per each account (4) in the past 6 years and my phone scams have  gotten to bad that I  no longer answer the phones.  google is the worst investment I'v eever made. Worse than Wang Stocks

Robocall for SEO marketing.

Denver CO Robocall returning call about a google maps issue, connected to rep, hung up on me. Called back and company claims to be Google Maps Optimization Team, when questioned about business name lied and said they are a google partner, would not give me valid information. They called are offices today, we're a certified Google Partner. Message said it was a call back to our reaching out to them about our listings on Google not showing. First thing I said when talking to the guy was that we are a certified partner with Google and did not reach out to them so the message was a straight out lie. Was then told "You get people the same way" and I told him we don't. We have ads running online, but we don't auto-call people and tell them they have issues. We let people reach out to us and then research the problem. He then told me, "Oh your (company name), we've already gotten several of your clients so you can stop there." When I asked "Really? Which ones because I haven't had any cancel in a few years" he hung up the phone. I hate companies like this because it makes the rest of us look bad.

Called our office landline during business hours and a male voice recording kicked in saying they were reaching out to us regarding out Google listings not showing up. Gave us two options, press 1 to speak to an agent or press 9 if your issue has been resolved and to be removed from the list. I pressed 9 and was disconnected. Call ID Displayed, "303-515-7012."

They are clearly getting more abusive and with all the problems we are having in the
world today who needs this crap for some idiot on the phone.   Google let me know

This number called my place of work; I did not recognize the area code so didn't pick up; and shockingly: no message was left.  Legitimate callers to my type of business leave messages.
I'm a patient guy, but the amount of times I've gone through this routine over time has to be in the hundreds -- maybe more than a thousand, (it certainly feels that way.)

Annoying Google robo call.  Said it was a "callback".  Nope, I immediately hung up.  Google is the WORST offender of these junk calls.
