Keeps asking for Abraham somebody and I keep calling them back to tell them they have the wrong number and they always hang up on me

NCC Common Wealth Financial Services - collections agency.  The first time I called them back, the guy who answered the phone just flat out hung up on me.  I called back and it zero as soon as the recording started.  I told them I was returning thier call.  They were calling for someone not at my number. So if you want them to stop calling, hit zero right away, tell them you're returning their call, then they'll remove your number from that account.  So far, they have done with they said.

They call here about the same time every day.  If it goes to answering machine, they hang up.  If I pick it up, there's just a dial tone.  What the hell is the point of that?!  I don't owe anybody any money.

I get calls from this number all the time. They are NCC Common Wealth Finacial Systems (collections)
They buy REALLY OLD DEBTS. They called me about a Doc BILL from 18 Years ago that was under my parents names!

This number calls 3-5 times per day. I have Ooma set up to block it yet it still manages to get through to the answering machine although it does not ring through -- no message is ever left. I've reported this through the FCC but I still can't get this caller to stop. Honestly, what is the purpose of the DNC registry if the FCC can't put a stop to all these calls? I vote that the law should be changed so that it is an "opt in" rather than an "opt out" list and that includes charities and political organizations.

Collection agency for someone I've never heard of.  Dozens of calls.  Tried to call back to get it cleared up.  They were very rude, didn't resolve the problem.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past week, at least 3-4 so far.  They keep asking for James Joseph, who has never been at my number.  I have had the same phone number for about 10 years and I don't know any James Joseph.  When I tell them there is no person by that name at this number, they immediately hang up, but it hasn't stopped the calls.

In past years I have gotten calls from other collections agencies for this same person at my number and I keep telling them it's the wrong number.
