I have received several phone calls from this number over the past two weeks.  They never leave a message indicating who they are &/or what they want specifically just the following "XXXXXX Please press one now. To place this call on hold to allow time for this person to come to the phone please press two. If this person is not available please press three. If XXXXXX cannot be reached at this number please press four. If this is XXXXXX Please press one now. To place this call on hold to allow time for this person to come to the phone please press two. If this person is not available please press three."  The same message repeats about 3 times before disconnecting.  Has anyone else received this type of call?  Do you know who they are?  I have unfortunately fallen prey to these scams in the past and do not want to acknowledge the call until I know who it is.  Please help me identify

I've also received many calls from this number with the same message.  First, a computer voice asks for " Amanda Starbuck". I  have pressed the correct button for no one with that name at this number, but they continue to call.  This morning they called at 8 am.  I called back and was hung up on. I called again and asked who they are but she would not tell me.  I told her not to call again and she said she would remove my number...I'll see if that works !

It's a robo-call asking for my ex-husband.  It would be helpful if they used their actual name for Caller ID purposes.  I could relay a message.  At this point in time, I'll just ignore them when they call.

They caller ID read, Lyons, CO.

The calls are from West Asset Management which is a debt collection agency.

Phone number calls daily but hangs up when I answer.
