Voicemail from man at Allstate asking if I knew anyone who wanted to open a new or buy an existing Allstate agency office.  He said I'd get a $5000 referal bonus.  NOT calling him back.

Nicole from Allstate Insurance Company calling once again to spam representatives of my company, which is a competitor in an related field.  The pitch is to alert us of a big referral bonus "if we know anyone" who would be interested in a career with Allstate.  Wink wink, actually the indirect message is "would you be interested in working for us?"  

To me, based on the sales pitch and verbiage, the approach does not seem quite legitimate -- Allstate if you're reading this, most registered representatives are on a recorded line (so why would anyone wishing to stay employed engage such a telemarketer?).  And the same Nicole is calling, what, every month or so -- don't you think any of us have a competent memory?
