Customer care- "Not a sales call, but free quote on auto insurance."  The rep was pleasant when I asked to be taken off list.  We will see if that happens....

These people keep calling asking for some one named "Brian".  They will only identify themselves as customer care.  I tell them there is no one at the number by that name, they either hang up or get really RUDE.

Called one time,they did not answer.I got number of my last incoming  call and called them.They said they were customer service and I had ask for an insurance quote. They also told me they would have one of their representive get in touch with me. I SAID I AM NOT INTERESTED AND HUNG UP.

How is a FREE sales quote (which they all are) NOT a SALES call?  It certainly is, and it was certainly unsolicited.  I was pissed that I was called, the woman calling was pissed that I didn't want to even hear about her opportunity, and we all have time wasted!  No wonder high blood pressure is on the rise in this country!

Got a call from this number, I answered and they would not respond at all.  Does someone get paid for this job?  If so, it seems like a quick buck for zero effort!

Called and when answered, no one responded. I accidentally called back ( pocket dial) ha told a nice woman that I didn't want to talk to her that it was an accidental call... I'll block it as I'm already on dnc list!

I receive calls from this number every week, but no one ever speaks to me when I answer. Very rude and unacceptable phone etiquette.
