This is one of those calls that show location ' Denver CO' as caller ID.  You know something is not right.

Unknown caller, wanted to speak with the owner of our company..said he name was manny, very very rude guy...the first mistake was being rude to the one that transfers your call...the second was asking for owners first name...the third he lied to me telling me he knew the owner...lol..anyway, he hung up when I told him i could take a msg...lol..jerk!!!

This dude is a jerk. Only wants the owner. Wont tell you why he is calling or who he is. Says he cant talk to me unless I'm the owner. When you Google the number it looks like its some kind of health care insurance company trying to sell insurance. No thanks!

Said they were "The Jones Company" said the owner is expecting his call. Owner was NOT. Asked if he would leave a message he said he would call. Definitely SALES call!

The person named jeremy answered the phone ,and he said that he was quality control. I told him that one of this employee called my work, and  asked me to speak with the owner of the business; I told him that I could help him instead. He was very very rude with me ,and he was very sarcastic. I finally got a answer why this company was calling. They are a collection agency in Denver. I am writing this message, so hopefully you won't be spoken to in a unprofessional way. I hope that they get there act cleaned up, and use customer skills.

Was called by a very rude person who when I questioned the validity of the call told me to "shut my mouth" -

WTF scam so bad it's FUNNY

Just called asking for previous owner by name. Said he was "Bill Shepherd". Told him he had the wrong number, no one here by that name. Said he NEVER dials the wrong number... Rude as can be. Asked to take a message, but he just hung up.

Several calls from this number.  As soon as we pick and identify ourselves, the line is quiet - then clicks off.  

This person asked to speak with owner, said he was expecting his phone call.  Asked them for more information he stated it was regarding his truck, we are a repair shop but not for automobiles.  Asked to take a message, he asked for my name, I told him he said he needed to talk to him regarding a legal matter.  Hung up on him.. He called back, let answering machine pick it up.  Called from  another number, said horrible things to me..he sounded evil. Hung up again. he called back as a private caller.. let the answering machine pick up.  HE CALLED 8 TIMES BEFORE HE FINALLY STOPPED.  These people need to be stopped.!!!!!!!!!!!!

This rude low life called saying he was calling to collect a debt for his client. This was a bussiness, since I have no outstanding debts I knew it was fraud. Wanted to send someone over to see me today.

Hung up on the idiot and reported to local police.

Had a call from a man named "Brandon," demanded to speak with the owner of the company. When I screened him out,he claimed it was a 'confidential legal matter' and that he needed to contact the owner immediately. Said sure thing, I'd pass on a message if he told me who he represented and could provide a callback number. After a little resistance and my insistence that he tell me who he represented, the man started screaming at me that it wasn't my place to know such information, that it was a legal matter, that's all I needed to know, called me a dumbass, and then immediately hung up. Clearly the behavior one expects from the representative of a law firm. Don't know their true angle, but avoid like the plague.

Has called several times & I never put him thru to the owner no matter how pushy he gets. Usually won't leave message but last time I asked he stated his name was [***] from the [***] company. Probably the only true thing he's ever told me. What a sell tactic!

caller wanted to talk to the owner, said he was josh from avery; when told we are not interested in solicitations, he said he was looking for employment. this call is from a VOIP registered number, of course, with no trail. perhaps not just sales call; i've seen this technique of calling first to see if anyone is on the premises before hitting it. beware of all calls without caller ID these days.

Caller began the conversation with, "I need to speak with the owner".  Would not say what about and, when asked for the third time, became belligerent and said "it is in regard to a legal matter".   I told him I was the office manager and would be happy to relay a message to the owner, he responded in a heated tone, "I need to speak with the owner!".  I put him on hold to get the owner for him and he hung up.  Very Rude!

Yep...all of the above but I think he is gay!

Called to speak to my boss and told him that he was going to be sending his "door to door bill collector" by the office and asked if 3:30 would work. He sounded threatening and so we called the police. I called the number back and was told by Joseph that there are 6 companies that he reports to and asked which promotion I was offered. I ended the call.

Google street view shows an end-unit in a small industrial mall.  

Either they are spoofing this number or it has been re-assigned to them.  

Dan with "the Roberts Company" called for the owner. Was very cocky and rude and said he needed to speak with him. When I told him that he was in a meeting, he insisted that his call was expected a 8 am then proceeded to ask me the time like I was an idiot. I again told him the the owner was in a meeting and I was not going to interrupt. After a few more short, rude statements from him I hung up. Thankfully, he didn't call back.

Said his name was Jeremy,  VERY RUDE asked for the owner by 1st name that it was a legal confidetial matter that the call was expected... I put him through to Voicemail he hung up & told me to put him through to the owner again calling him by 1st name, asked the time here... Gave him to the Executive Assistant. Hewas RUDE and hung up.  Never said who he was with or expalnation of the call.
