Google Search reflects that it belongs to: TeleFund - a fund raiser for Non-Profit & Political Organizations.
I've gone to the "No Call" site to NOT receive Telemarketers phone calls - seems this company is trying to use the Non-Profit "loop-hole" !- See the following link for their listing of clients:

If we can assume that their list is accurate and can remember that this is an election year, we can all decide for ourselves whether we want to answer calls from this phone number or not.- Thanks for this information. I haven't given to anyone on this list in over 10 years - certainly not since I've been married - so they had to work hard from an old mailing list to track me down and find a phone number for me. All that trouble just to be rude to my husband when he asked why they were calling. I'll take the call next time to find out who they're representing and then I'll take my complaint directly to the organization.

- Just called the number and had the option to leave a message, i requested that they put me on a do not call list, well see what happens.There used to be something available, and may still be, where they have 24-72 hours to remove you from their calling list once you have requested it,and if they keep calling you get $500.00 for each call from them, of course it's up to us to document everything, I've never done it , but i might try with these guys, they are very annoying!
- Of the last 50 calls made to my home phone, 9 were from this number, a company called Telefund, which solicits donations for various non-profits-many of which I've never heard of. ATT offers a Call Screening service that I just signed up for, which will send this number to a recorded message that states I do not wish to talk to these people. I suggest calling your phone company to see if there is a similar offer.
- It's possible you've given to a campaign or non-profit that has given them your contact info. DO NOT CALL does not apply if you've already done business with a group, company, organization, or business. You should probably pick up the line and tell whomever is on the other end of the line that you don't want THEM calling anymore. They MUST delete you from their phone rolls.
