People claiming they're trying to "help" with non-existent IRS problems, and liens against you. Pure fiction.

Service calling to solicit me to use their services to fight a State Tax Lien that was filed against my business on 5-12-16. I was suspicious at first but it was totally possible that something fell through the cracks and I missed a payment. I started doing some research and discovered that indeed a lien had been filed against my business in the State of TN. I had no idea that I had a lien filed against my business. I didn't need to use their services but I'm glad they made me aware of what happened so I could get it handled quickly.

Caller ID displays company as "TAX RESOLUTIONS".  Very aggressive woman- States they're calling to assist with tax needs. When I advised her we were not interested, she became loud and rude to the point I had to disconnect the call..She then called back trying again. Two days later, a man called.  I advised him to remove our number from their listing.

Man called, stated he was an attorney, and claimed the state of Missouri had placed a tax lien on my business and he was trying to collect on it. He could not give the address of my business, said it was "redacted from the court documents". Total scam, have always done business in a different state, never had a presence in Missouri, and never owed taxes there.
