A robocall advising that I had won a travel prize; a "friend" had entered my name...

Scam.

The Caller Name shows only "Colorado" on my CID device.

yep..i get that one too.  5 times a week.

My machine picks it up and when i get home from work i have this big long voicemail from this girl with a super annoying voice that is precorded.

Says press one and press three..and yadda yadda...so annoying.

I receive this call & no message is left.  When I look it up in Google I find others receive the same type of call.

I've had numerous calls from this number in the last month or so.  I've never answered.  Sometimes I get the irritating recorded electronic voice message (which I don't bother listening to, and don't you just want to choke her?)and sometimes there's no message at all.  I wonder how many times they need to get no response before they give up entirely?

I get the call far too often as well.. if you do press 9.. u can then press 3 to 'speak with a rep and be removed' but what it actually does is hang up.. lol

Yep same thing...pause then prerecorded voice...your name was entered blah blah...i hung up...too many scams out there...and to think people actually for this stuff... these calls should be illegal.
