this number likes to call, say nothing, and hang up. who are you?

This caller keeps calling and hanging up. They call and do not leave a message. I have tried calling back, the line either rings until it goes dead, or they hang up on me.

I'm pretty sure this number is used by solicitors for the Denver Post and/or Rocky Mountain News.  They call frequently and never leave a message.  I answered it once and asked them to stop, but they don't seem to care.

303-984-4650  This number calls our house all day long...CONSTANTLY!!!!  I have answered it several times and no one says anything.  I have told the "silent caller" on the other end to remove my number from whatever list they have it on and never call here again.  Yet, two hours later, there was another call.  We went out of town for a day and came back to 12 calls from this number!!!  It's insane!  Does anyone know who it is or how we can get them to stop!?

Same here; they started to call my number a week after I activated my phone.  Never leaves a message...gets annoying.

Called back, answered as Sullivan promotions.  No message left from them after calling my phone, second call today.  Started call log on them.  Everyone else should too.

(303)964-4650 is without a doubt Sullivan Promotions. Like many people, I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. After listening to them call me all day today, I finally had enough and called the number back. They answered Sullivan Promotions.  I simply said, "Hello, you're company has been calling me all day, and I'd like to give you my number to be added to your DO NOT CALL LIST".  The gentleman said, "Sure no problem, what's your phone number?"  I happen to work at a call center myself, so I know that by law, once someone has asked this of a business, they are not allowed to call back. It took all of 5 seconds to have myself removed, so I recommend to all that if you're tired of the calls, call them!

I saw the number on my caller ID several times.  I think that it is connected with something else.  Has anyone who has received these calls ever been a member of an adult web site??  I think that someone in my house is up to something that I wouldn't approve of.  I am wondering if it has something to do with that.  I called the number back this morning before 7am and a man answered, "Sullivan Promotions".  What on earth is he doing up at that time??? I also wonder why it is not an toll free number and why it even shows up on my caller ID.  So many sales calls don't.

They called me at least 10 times is the past week, I finally called the number back today, told them to remove me from the list, and the lady said my number would be removed immediatly.  Hopefully this worked.  The number is for sullivan promotions.

I had over a dozen calls these past few days.  I too never answer calls I don't know, but it became extremely annoying.  I just called them back and they answered Sullivan Promotions.  I asked them to remove my number and he said the would.  I hope that is the end of that.  They sell Denver Post newspaper subscriptions.  Good luck to whomever may be effected.

We just moved to Colorado. As soon as our phone was hooked up we started getting so many calls we couldn't even unpack. I called the phone company, Qwest, and axed then what in the h377 was going on. They had sold our number as soon as we signed up for the service. Is this legal?
We got a new, unlisted number, but we still get calls from about 4 different a$$hole$ that bother us night and day.
Is this a normal Colorado thing? Can we get a New Mexico or Utah number to stop it?
The Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News are behind this number. Anyone live close enough to .... mmmm. ..... er ..... nevermind. I don't want you going to jail.
