It's from a Mr Williams at afs legal services.  It's a scam for unpaid payday loans.

Mr. Jin Benjamin, or so he says), called my place of employment, being very rude and nasty to the front desk receptionist. So, she finally put the call through to my cell. He says he works for "no agency" but then said he works for "Account Financial Services" at 304-397-8688. He gave me so many problems just to get him to spell his name and get the phone number from him. He refused to give me the "not an agency" address. He then put me on hold so he could get his supervisor on the phone and I guess he hung up. He told me I need to pay it, and I told him I was not going to pay anything with him talking so rude and nasty. I really wish I could record the calls.

Getting calls from this number all times if th early mornings. It's starts From 4:00am. Finally I called them back. The woman I talk to is Ms. Paige, says I owe $1305.00 on a pay day loan . N I can settle this for $588.00 to take my name of the court date. I ask when n I made this loan with who ever it was with she gave me a date of Oct15,2012? It's2015 now? What's with this ? She didn't answer me. Then I ask her for a number n the pay day Loan company name, which she said it was opd solutions? But would give me the phone number, said that I cannot call them, cause their handling it, n I need to pay them the money cause to cover the cost for the courts? It's 3 yrs now, if I did make a Loan which I have no idea who or what is this company about. It's sounds very fishy to me!! Espeacially when I'm getting calls early in the morning hours 4;00am. I now in this state where I live is against the law to call anyone for anything that is nothing to do with family or emergencies .. All calls that is no family or emergencies are to be called after 9:00am!! Not 4:00am 4:45 5:00am, on n on all day long

Called my husbands cell and said they would be filing with the court if they didn't hear from me. Left a 'case #' but no company name or agent name. I did not call back, I've been dealing with crap like this for nearly a year and a half, if it sounds fishey, it usually is!

Samething - This has been going on for several years now.  They cant tell me who I really owe.  I get calls daily and they call every family memeber they can find linked to my name on the internet.  They have called my place of buisness also, so I took everythng off my profiles in social media.  Heres the deal.  They will sell you contact information over and over hoping that one day you will be stupid enough to pay someone over the phone.  When did it become a court proceedure to call every phione number they can find to warn you without sending a letter in the mail.  For one, they dont have all the information, only your name and last 4 of your SS#.  They ask for verification of your address.  Dont give out any informaion ever over the phone.  Scammers are everywhere.  Ask them to send you the information to the address on file.
