Called my cell. Left no voice mail. If calls again without leaving voice mail then blocking.

I answered. Just heard noise nothing else... Hung up after ten seconds.

This number just called -- silence on the other end and hung up after 10 seconds

Just received a call on my cell from this number; left a voicemail about an offer to lower an interest rate on one of my credit cards but left no company name.

Called my cell. I did not answer. Left no message.

called just now.  Sent to VM.  No message.

just got the call. Answered because 304 is WV area code and my family lives there. No one talked, they just hung up.

Called cell, no one there. No message left.

Voice recording called and said they want to help lower my interest rate on 'one' of my credit cards, does not state the name of their company nor which "one" of my credit cards they are talking about. Then tells me to "press 1" to get to an operator. Complete scam

Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. A good strategy. Another scammer.

304 401-8985 called, did not answer, left no message.  Unsolicited.  How does a person block a number from coming in?
