Someone with heavy foreign accent, sounded like something to do with medical compensation.

Received a call on my cell from this number, I didn't answer, tried to call back from land line and said "call could not be completed as dialed"

Got call - left no message ... researched (Googled the number) and found the following posted 11-17-2014 - "Why Call Me" - "Someone named "Rachel" wants to help lower your credit card interest rate to 6.9%. Funny thing is this area code is in West Virginia. I received a call about an hour earlier from 715-882-7854 which is in White Lake, Wisconsin and it was the same recording from "Rachel". Can anyone think SCAM!!!!!

Got a call from 304-515-0898 on my work cell number.  No message, and when I call the number back, I get a "call cannot be completed as dialed" message.

Got a call from 1-304-515-0898 on my cell number.  No message, and when I call the number back from cell phone and then from land line, I get a "call cannot be completed as dialed" message.

Got the same call earlier today. Never answer a call or call the number back if the number is one that you do not recognize.  You are opening Pandora's box when you do so.  That is the miracle of caller ID.  This is the tip of the iceberg- the holiday season of scams.

Sounds like she travels pretty fast. I got a call from the same number, didn't answer & it wouldn't let me call back.  I agree, SCAM,or POLITICAL, which is a scam anymore also!!!

I get a call almost every day around noon from this number for the last 3 months

I keep blocking the numbers and they keep calling from different area codes. Must be Vonage line that enables them to switch phone servers across the US. Wish she would leave me alone too

Got a call from 304-515-0898 at 10:02a CST. No vm left. No ability to call back.

Called my cellphone, in violation of do-not-call, at 4:19 on 11/19/2014.

Just received a call from 304-515-0898 while I was on my cell, so I didn't answer. No voice message left, and got the "call cannot be completed as dialed" error on trying to call back. My cell has been on the National Do Not Call registry for more than 3 years.

Just got the same thing as Roger, a call from (304) 515-0898, they did not leave a message and the number cannot be redialed.  I also got a call from (918) 735-1265 earlier this morning who also did not leave a message.  Sounds like a scam.

Called personal cell and did not leave a VM. No doubt the above mentioned scam telemarketer.

I received just 5min ago, the same numbers as MW! Just now, (304) 515-0898 and yesterday around 12:15pm, (918) 735-1265. Very annoying. Judging by everyone else here, the callers are "credit card" spammers trying to get involved with savings offerings. Just ignore.

Just tired of all the calls i get from 918 735 1265 and 304 515 0898 Every day I,am on the no calling list Some times i wonder if my provider is invault to get the minutes and charge me I have complained several times no result

This company is calling my cell phone! Recording says her name is Rachel from Card Holder Services with an offer that is about to expire!!! SPAM!!!!

Number on my cell with no message.  Like a previous posting, I also received a credit card call on my land line yesterday.  Both are in violation of the Do Not Call list.

I got calls on my cell phone from 239-400-1383 on Monday, 918-735-1265 yesterday, and today 304-515-0898.  I keep blocking the numbers but they just keep calling.  Half of my call history on my cellphone is from numbers I don't know.  I wish they would leave me alone.  I hate talking on the phone and am not going to answer if I don't know the number!
