CallerID shows breast cancer s

they call here all the time no message The call ID says Charleston wv i dont ans. these calls but they sill call all day long

She called and asked for my father. When I said he wasn't available she abruptly hung up.

They call all the time, but, they never say anything at all. I don't understand why they call .

Called my Daughter in law today and asked for a donation. My Daughter told them she is sorry but right now is unable to do so they are having some finical problems.........The caller then say's "Well these women not only have financial problems but are also fighting for they're lives" My daughter was so surprised an upset and said whoa whoa whoa you have no right to call here and say that , you know nothing about me or my family and what we are going thru. Woman then said thank you and hung up!....... I just called there and hopefully someone will cal back left a message .... Don't let them call and harass you complain...... I have lost almost my whole family to cancer and I give always I will not tolerate that from NO ONE!!!!!

I received a call yesterday evening from what sounded like a young lady whom asked for my husband by his full name.  I said that I am his wife,  and that he is at work... but I could take a message. She said she its ok and she is calling for me as well. She identified herself and foundation that collects donation for woman who are financially unable to afford breast cancer treatment.  It immediately got my attention because my mother passed away from HER2 POSITIVE Breast Cancer at 59. I always feel compelled to help because I know how serious and common this cancer is, and the pain and suffering many woman go through. The last thing they need is to worry that they dont have the money to survive,  or not enough donations to help research a cure and/or treatment.

The young lady asked if she mails me a return envelope,  will I donate. I said please do. Then she asked if I will donate the highest amount of $40. I told her I cant, and then she asked if I will send $20. I got a little uncomfortable that she wants me to commit to an amount,  rather that to accept any donation.  This set off a red flag, and I told her to go ahead and send the envelope,  and I will donate what I can afford.  Without taking my information,  she said uuhh yeah (sarcastically).... and hung up on me.

It bothers me because lives are at stake every day, and a little can go a long way to save lives. Who hangs up on someone who is willing to give, because its not the amount they want?

IF THIS SOCIETY IS LEGIT, they are making a MOCKERY out of the foundation as a whole, causing our society skeptical to donate. You never know if your $10 will be the medical breakthrough we all pray for.

The young woman who makes these calls should be ashamed of herself,  because God forbid she or someone she loves goes through this awful cancer that my mom painfully died from!  My mom went through various clinical studies at UCLA Research in Santa Monica CA (that were funded by donation). She was well aware that she was risking her life, but couldn't bare to see the younger ladies suffering; whom havent got to see or experience the world as she did. So when this young lady called and hung up on me because she cant accept what I can afford to give, .....IT MAKES ME SICK. This "so called" society is not helping women with Breast Cancer they are planting seeds that cause genuine givers to not trust and help donate to a lifesaving cause.  My mom passed because she tested new medicine that was proven to prolong and/or prevent me, you, and the young woman who hung up on me last night.... from passing as she did that was funded with small and large donations.

I APLOGIZE FOR THE LONG COMMENT, BUT IT MADE ME VERY EMOTIONAL AND SAD to know this is happening. Thank you all for listening and letting me vent.

My balls itch when these morons call.....

I received a call shortly after 8am on a Saturday morning...the only day of the week where morning starts late in my home. I figured that someone was sick or had died and I flew to the phone. She said "Wow, you are hard to get a hold of ...harder than getting my kids to clean their room ". I am thinking who is this? She moved on to her spiel and I told her no and hung up. I found her to be abrasive and nervy to call so early and then comment on how I am hard to get ahold of......

It's a call from the Breast Cancer Society.  Financially we aren't in a position to donate right now. Though I've already told them this information twice they continue to call.

This number has been calling two to three times a day for the past week, but caller ID shows "Law Enforcement Education Fund" as the caller.  Apparently just another scam.
