yeah i just did it came up frat ord police on my caller id. im not answering any number i dont know.

I don't know what it was I got it too, no message left.

These people called about every 3 or 4 weeks and are a pain in the ******!  They say they are from the Fraternal Order of Police.  Even if this is legit, it is my understanding that the FOP only gets about 15 or 20 cents on the dollars, while the telemarketing outfit gets the rest.  If you want to donate to the police, you should probably just write a check to your local PD pension fund - that way, 100% of your money goes to where you intended it to go.

I tell FOP callers I think their worthy cause deserve at least $2,000! When they ask if I want to put it on my credit card, I reply, "No, tell one of your cop buddies to sell his [expletive] RADAR gun and give you the money, [expletive]!"

SCAMMERS - CON ARTISTS! I received one of these calls on my cell phone while I was not using my phone. Later discovered the number (304-553-7298) as a missed call and became curious.  I don't know a sole in West Virginia (area code 304) so I dialed their number and was met with this dum-azz, grainy sounding, pre-recorded message: "If you think we've called you in error, press the number 9 and we will TRY TO REMOVE YOU FROM THE LIST".  WTF? Try to remove my number from "the list". What list and who are they? I think they are calling from a spoofed number in some third world country, and if you happen to actually answer one of their calls and fall for their BS, they'll steal every dime they can from you.
