- c| 1 replyThey keep calling it hasnt even been a hour since the first call and they have called 4 times. Says they are in Homestead FL they dont even leave a message.
- CCI contacted them for student debt relief a couple of weeks back and spoke with someone to only find they can not do anything for any old student loans because I am currently continuing my education so all loans are in deferment. They called back again, so I answered and once again told them the situation, that I would call them when my payments started again and to please remove my number from their sales call list. However, they continue to call me 3-5 x a day! Only when i pick up it is a recorded message for me to hold until they are available, then after holding for a couple of minutes I was sent to a voice mail. I left a lengthy voice mail message demanding them to remove my phone number from their list. We will see if they continue to call.

"It is illegal for companies doing business by phone in the U.S. to promise you a loan or credit card and ask you to pay for it before they deliver."
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0078-advance-fee-loans - Bethes| 2 repliesI should have known better than to give my phone number to an unknown site, but the phone calls are becoming ridiculous! I have blocked several, asked them to stop the texts, and the emails are almost as bad!
- John replies to cIt is wise to block, or not answer ALL calls from the 305 area code-- the code of scammers!
- Joan replies to Bethes| 1 replyEven you "unsubscribe" to the emails they keep coming so far I have blocked 6 numbers for them it's just stupid
- C replies to JoanThat's what I did, unsubscribed from the email and now they call back to back 3-4x/day
- JennaCalled 3 times a day.
- Caller: Student loan

- MJG replies to BarbBuy a phone at Walmart, etc.that had call blocking. They are in the $60 and up range.
- AGThey call me multiple times a day eventhough I have told them numerous times that I am back in school and I don't qualify at this time. I have heard, "ok, we will take you off our list, give us a call next year," about 100 times....but they continue to call!?!?!!? It's driving me nuts....

- S.Just received 6 calls in less than 15 minutes. It is beyond ridiculous. This number is now blocked along with 4 other numbers they were calling from.
- S.Johnson replies to LI signed up for this service without realizing that the service they sell is actually something I could do myself for free on studentloans.gov in less than 5 minutes. They charge $199/mo for 3 months then they process your application for a reduced student loan bill, then they charge you an addition $39.99/mo as a processing fee in addition to your reduce rate student loan. Do not sign up for this service, if you are struggling to pay your student loans, go to the Dept. of Educations site that is designed to help you www.studentloans.gov. You will know it is the real thing cause you will have to sign in with your pin from your FAFSA application. I cancelled the service after one payment but they will not refund me the $199.
- .Calls numerous times a day and refuses to stop
- Martine Thomas FoxThese people keep calling me as if we went on a first date and they want more.
- SBThey only call my cell phone number, not my land line, and they must call me 3-5 times per day every day. I never answer because I do not recognize the phone number. Area code 305 is Florida, and I have an old friend near Orlando whose number this most definitely is NOT, so I know that it is not her calling me. Whoever this is, please stop calling me over and over and over again. Can anyone tell me what the name of the company is so that I can contact them to PLEASE stop calling me?
Thanks.
