A Jane White calls from this number re; an uncollected and unsubstantiated debt. I explained that I was not aware of any past due account and requested to dispute this claim and that I needed her address so that I might put the request in writing to her as this was my right under the Federal Fair Debt Act. She would not provide an address and would only state that I needed to pay this debt immediately or she would turn this over to a national collection bureau(unnamed)

A Jane White calls from this number (Collections Agent with Transunion, not sure if this was truthful identity) re; uncollected debt to YellowBlue Media (advertisement scammers). I explained that I wanted to dispute this claim and wanted to send a "written request for verification of debt", she was quite forceful, did not want to give me any more information or an address, she only stated that I needed to pay this debt immediately or she would turn this over to a national collection bureau.
Has anyone else experienced a call from 305-240-6636?  What was the final outcome?

I have also received a call from this number claiming the same as above.  They claim I agreed to a verbal contract and replayed me a recorded conversation where i verified our company address and said i was authorized to receive and pay bills.  Never once did they mention extending a contract or what services they were providing.  I get calls all of the time needing to verify our address and didn't think anthing of it.  I've argued with this woman several times accusing her of fruad.  Today she called back and claimed to be from the federal collection bureau and said if we didn't settle this account it would affect the company's credit rating and also my personal credit rating because my name is on the account.  Not sure why she thinks I would fall for that since all they have is my name and I'm sure there are thousands of other people with the same name.  She also said they would be sending a bailiff over to our company to seize assets.  It was definitely the same woman and the same number who called originally claiming to be from yellow blue business.  I recognized her voice and the phone number.  This is a total scam!!!

Can we report this to the authorities in Florida? Government is supposed to protect us, I wonder how long has this been going on? she called and threatened our Secretary yesterday.

As these offshore extortion scams have been going around for years, there's probably not anything the authoritities can/will do.  However, I suggest you give your secretary permission to use a metal whistle next time these scammers call; buy it for her...$4 at WalMart.  Should stop things fairly quickly.

I received a phone call from her today and she was very forceful and the company she was stating to represent, I called the company and they stated that our account was paid out and closed and they had no clue who she was. I called her back and let her know that and again she was forceful and hung up.

we also received a threatening phone call and she was rude & forceful collecting $789.99 we did NOT owe

I gave Janet Sanders over $700.00 last year (like a fool) because I own my own business, I thought that maybe I did accidentally sign up for something to advertise my business. Now she is calling back for more money but under a different name of Jane White with a phone number of 1-305-240-6636. I know it is the same lady because of the voice and the nasty way she handled our conversations.  I tried to be honest and pay a dishonest person ... I hope somone finds a way of doing something about this scam artist!!

They keep calling me and telling me we owe them money for an online listing that we did not authorize nor did we want.  This lady is nasty and needs to find another profession.  I wish there was something that could be done to stop these phone calls!

They are a scam.

She called me and she sounded incredibly homely.

I received a very rude, demanding call from that same number today.  She said she had recorded proof that I had agreed to pay Yellow Blue Advertising in February.  She said I agreed to pay this for a company name that I haven't even used in 7 years.  When I asked for the amount I owed, what it was for, her name, and the address, she hung up on me.  She had threatened to turn me into the credit bureau and said it probably wouldn't matter anyway since I have such a small company and probably have horrible credit anyway.  Really professional, right?

Received a call today from this number trying t collect for a Yellow Pages ad that I did not place. The caller ID said K D Station. The lady did not give her name but was very rude and abusive. She threatened to send someone to the house to take care of the problem.  Tried to do a reverse lookup but nothing except Cellco Partnership in FL. I assume this is the company she purchased the phone line through.
How was the Montreal address found that is listed above?

I just got off the phone with this lady. I am in the same situation as you all have been. They will not let up it's unbelievable. Has anyone had any further luck in stopping this scam? Has anyone contacted authorites? It's amazing how nasty some people in this world are.
