This has got to stop.  What recourse do we have?   We're getting dozens of calls from this number.  My service provider says they can't do anything without a police report.

The company (Venali,  INC) is located in Coral Gables and has called our house numerous times.  We've called to complain to have our number removed from their data base after finding their number through a google search.   I’d recommend everyone who’s had these annoying calls to do the same.  Their companies information is listed below:

The number is for company is 786-552-1900 ask to speak to John Poncy he is the CEO of the company.  As Chris mentioned, they are a internet fax messaging company.

I received 15 calls today at 5am from their fax.

I have gotten 20 phone calls this morning.  I called Venali and I hope it goes away.  Thanks you to the people who posted the company information!

We also get calles here at the church 30 times  day.... we have emailled AND called and hope it ends. We also contacted our state's attorney general who informed us of many many complaints and they are investigating it.
We also not only have attempted to block the individual numbers both 305-356-2997 and 98-588-0450 but since they promptly block their number and try again and do that in a pattern, blocking does not always work.. so we called the sheriffs who have placed a tracer on the line and then they will work with the attorney general as well to get this mess stirred up.

Vinali is a fax blasting company... they offer fax solutions.. so numerous companies fax through the same numbers.. or at least they make it look that way, but it has been determined by botht he FL attorney general and Fax managment solutions a junk fax reporting and suing agency that everything you get from these guys is junk and scams to beware.

ONLY by contacting vinali direct will anything possibly be done... contacting each individual and fax would take a ton of time and run up your phone bill for sure.. they are all one in the same anyway.. call vinali and have them block your number through their system so NONE of thier fax solutions fax blasters can call you anymore.

If enough of us complain and call/email they may do something.

Called me over 6 time in a matter of 20 min.

Called Venali about a number of calls between 3:45 snd 4:00 am today and they said they would look up the number and try to get the calls to stop. The head of the company is John R Poncy.  See http://www.zoominfo.com/search/PersonDetail.aspx?PersonID=67214931

I asked for John Poncy's home number so I could "reach him if the calls do not stop" and was given what I was told is his cell phone number: 775-781-8346.

If the do not stop, I'll try that number when the calls come in. (Might as well do something useful if I'm awake at that hour.)

I also intend to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General: ag.mccollum@myfloridalegal.com.

We have been getting these phone calls for several months now. Always in the middle of the night, always consectuctively. We have to take our phone off the hook so it won't wake the children. How do they select phone numbers?

i received two phone calls this morning at 2 a.m. from 305-356-2997;  can somebody please get this person to stop faxing me!  this is the second time this month.  5 years ago i was inundated with the same type of situation... numerous calls all hours of the day trying to send a fax.

the 305-356-2997 number was apparently some Nigerian company trying to sell mines!  it has ben disabled thanks to action from the Venali Company!

Being attacked by the above as well. The number they are blasting is my primary business line. Thanks to the site posting the contact info, I called and informed them I had filed a police report against their company for interfering with my ability to conduct business. They were able to locate their customer and ordered them to stop. The calls ceased immediately! Thanks for being a true resource!

I have been called approximately 7 times now from this fax number, it is extremely annoying.

if you call 786-552-1900 and speak with customer support and report the calls your phone # will be removed from their data base.  I spoke with a gal named Sadoua and she was most polite and helpful and apologized.

Same as others 1-305-356-2997  Fax machine calling every 2 to 5 minutes.  
This is an internet faxing company.   One of their customers mis-dialed their fax number and got my cellular.  Call them immediately at 786-552-1900.  I taked to ext 1019  she offered to track it down once it hits there system.  It has only been happening to me for the last 2 hours.  She said it might take about a half hour but this apparently happens a lot.

Last week we starting receiving calls from this number and I tried to fax a note stating they had dialed a phone line not a fax line. My fax failed to go through and now I have calls coming in on two of my four business lines with the 305-356-2997 number appearing first and then going to a priv. # on the caller i.d. Our phone carrier is suppose to be faxing a letter to the 305-356-2997 number to ask that our phone line # be removed from their list. I tried calling the 786-552-1900 number listed in previous posts but all I get is a busy signal after a long wait. If anyone knows how to get this problem resolved please reply.
