The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated! Additional information regarding these degenerates may be found by visiting 800notes 305- 368- 8260 THROUGH 8276 and 8380 THROUGH 8386.

WARNING---BEWARE!!!  The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have NO available credit remaining! These are an especially dangerous and disgusting group of scammers, as they target the low income and the elderly, who many times, due to financial considerations, do not have the internet and caller id to protect themselves. Those of us who are aware of these lowlifes, need to warn our friends and relatives, before they are victimized!

And called me three times today. I finally started pressing buttons to get a person. When someone came on I asked them to remove my name from their list. He started singing what list, what list, what list.....then he started swearing. I hung up.  If they call again.....I've got a bullhorn I want them to talk to!

I just filed a complaint at:
    http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
Maybe you could all do the same and stop this annoyance.
    Thank you.

They call my landline all the time, and when I pick up, they hang up. I tried calling them back, but get a Fax signal.                  I'm thinking they are waiting for a male voice to answer.  Maybe someone who has recently applied for a new credit card like my son has.  Next time I'm going to answer using a male voice.     I've forgotten how to block unwanted numbers!!

Got a call, on my landline, from these bottom feeders. Hung up on them right away. They tried to disguise their number by adding a V. My Verizon site gave the real number. STOP CALLING!!!

10:47 A.M. CT on September 9, 2014: Received a call from these clowns, but I didn't answer, and they left no message.

If by any chance they ARE the same Card Services scammers from years back, then someone really needs to put a bounty on these moneygrubbers and have them locked away for life. Forgive my histrionics, but I'm getting so sick of this inconvenient nonsense.

Got a call from them on my land line today.  Since I didn't recognize the number on my caller ID, I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message, so it is probably fair to assume the same bunch is still at it!

These ARE the same type of scammers. The card services scam has been going on for years, run by  various groups, but always using the same come-on, lowering interest rates on credit cards. They also go by other names such as 'lower interest', 'consumer services', 'first consumer', 'debt reduction', and simply 'survey' among others. The main objective of their calls, is to fool people into giving them their credit card numbers, by insinuating they are connected with the legitimate credit card issuers.

I just got one of those calls and pressed 9 to speak to the rep. Some 20 year old punkie kid with a foreign accent came on the line. I acted old and confused as I tried to tell him that I don't have a credit card. He said exactly to me "OK [***]"...I let loose on him after that. I use to keep a whistle next to my phone for prank calls (blast their ears a bit) guess it's time to go shopping for a new one.
