Caller identified himself as Michael Anderson.  Stated he was located in South Florida.  Stated my prescription was due.  Could not give date prescription was ordered, but today it was due.  Funny thing, I never ordered anything.  I asked never to call again and hung up.

Got a call from this number and the hispanic person on the line wanted to know my satellite provider.  I told him that was non of his bsuiness and hung up on him.

Continuing calls from this number to my cell phone. Based on the many calls I get, the previous owner of my cell phone's number ordered "prescriptions" heavily from various sources. I always ask that they remove my number from their list; some do and some don't.

They hang up on me now when I identify myself (hello, this is Mike).

I've been getting calls from this number very frequently.  The caller says it's from "United Care Pharmacy", and I've asked at least a dozen times for them to quit calling my cell number.  Since it's on the do not call list, I've been reporting them to both the FCC and the FTC ("Do Not Call List")every time.  I've also called them and told them to remove my name (the first time the guy hung up on me).  I doubt it will do any good, though I hope they get fined (or worse).

Apparently United Care Pharmacy is out for business as of 2006.  An internet search says the executives were arrested and the company closed in 2006 for illegal activity.  My guess is this is either a scam or some other illegal activity.

Anyway, to report to the FCC, go to "www.fcc.gov" and then click on "Filing Complaints" on the left column of the page towards the bottom.  There's a short online form to fill out.

To report to the do not call list, go to "donotcall.gov" and click on "File a Complaint" on the left side of the page.  Also a short form.

These people call everyother day and ask for someone by the name of Chris Waters.  Everytime, we tell them that they have the wrong number and to quit calling.  They still call.  I have told them to remove the number and the man told me that he would do that and they would not call again.  Well, I did that 2 weeks ago and they still keep calling. I'm not sure why they are calling, but they told me that they are some kind of pharmacy company.  I have no idea how they got out number because it's a business cell phone that has only been in service for 6 months at the most and no one had this phone before us.  I also let them know this information and they still call.  It's very annoying, especially when all you can talk to is someone that barely speaks English.  After I get done writing this, I'm going to file a complaint with the Attorney General.  I'm going to call them back to get their billing information and make it seem like I am calling in to send them a payment.  Hope this works.  Let's give these people what they deserve!!!!
