This is a scam!!!!!, Do not answer!!!!. When you try to call back and you *67 (blocked call) them they just pick up and hang up. Instead of getting a REAL job, they try to make there money by screwing hard working people.

The same thing happened with me yesterday. They left me a message saying they are calling from the American Law Division and I have a warrant for my arrest. When I called back the man with the accent kept asking me what's my name what number am I calling from. I said you guys are a bunch of ceooks and they hung up. I wonder when will they be caught and be prosecuted for all of the aggravation?????!!!!!

I hope they are caught soon. They called my work again today and my boss let them have it. I told her what was going on and now everyone knows. Do not give them any kind of information

I just got FIVE calls from these people, with all of the above being claimed against me. I am livid! What CROOKS!  I told them I recorded the call and the voicemails they left and that I will be reporting them.  But WHERE do I report them to stop them from calling me???

I received a message on my work phone. They tried to call me after 5 at work. They said they were from the Recovery Resolution Center & that I have something filed against me under my SS# and that I needed to call them back to get this situation under control before the situation unfolds on me and all they could do is wish me luck. These are always ones that have an accent. I am just tired of getting these calls. I really wish they would be caught!!!!!!!

They call daily all day long.  They should be prosucuted.  What can a person do?

Im so tired of them callin me everyday sayin its a warrant out for my arrest, and I called back for more info and they hung up, then I told them tht I called the FBI and they hung up again and didnt answer. How can I block their calls.

Im tired of them calling me too, i never answer my phone and they just leave me messages.  I want to report them too but where do we call????  they also tell me that i have a case filed against me that i will be in big trouble if i dont call them back.  They also called my job and i told them i was going to call the police and they stoped call me for awhile.  It very annoying...

These people have been harrasing me and I am going to contact FBI for investigation.

They called my husband at work today and when he called them they listed off a bunch of charges and asked if wants to dispute everything and he said yes. They told him that they are taking him to court for it and if we lose they will get over 7k. They want proof that we never got the money they loaned us.

Has anyone actually been taken to court? What can we do? Idk if we should just ignore it or not

I just got the same message.  Is this a collection agency acting like attorneys or is it just a flat out scam.  I'm a little worried because they said that the local sherrif will get involved.  I'm extremely concerned.  I work for the state of PA and I can't afford to loose my job.  I did not call back.  Any suggestions or answers to my questions would be appreciated.

I received a message on my cell phone stating that one of my friends had used me as reference on a legal document and that she was being investigated for financial fraud.  My friend received a call on her work phone much like the others referenced here, stating that she was going to be arrested if she didn't give this man her bank account information.  They even told her to come to a courthouse in Florida where "a bunch of attorneys would be waiting for her".  This is an obvious scam!!!!

scam scam scam, don't tell them a thing.  You can report them to the FTC https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/   I contacted my state attorneys office and that is who they said handles these things.  

Past that I'm not sure who to contact.  I am also on a list with 347-640-5544.

Calls started about a month ago.  I ignored daily calls which lasted about a week and a VM left each time because it just wreaked of a scam.  The calls started again a couple of days ago and finally curiosity got the best of me so I called back.  Pretty much same story as everyone else:  impending lawsuit, arrest warrant for credit delinquency, blah blah blah.  I challenged them to give me the name and number of the company, offer proof of debt obligations and eventually the guy hung up on me.  These scumbags do nothing but aggravate and prey on hard-working people, waste their time and unfortunately get away with all this scamming!  Never offer or give your personal/ financial info!!

It just doesn't end!!!  I have been receiving phone calls since February. Yesterday 2 messages on cell phone and 2 at my work number. Again today same thing. Today his name is Andrew White and he is calling from Law & Investigation. I have reported call to police etc and it seems they really don't do anything.
