I got the call from 305-433-8368 advising me that a lawsuit was being compiled against me the caller gave me all of my personal information and stated that there was a warrant for my arrest i asked a number of times for information concerning the alleged case but i was only provided a Case Number of 071092124 i have search the best i know to find this information and could find nothing.  I was also told that police would be coming for me in the morning.  The person i spoke to gave me a name of Nick Fleming when i asked more question he just hung up.  The person had a very heavy Hindu like accent very hard to understand.  When i called back i got someone saying they are Frank Miller again the accent was the same but a different voice i only understood very little the company they said was NW Marketing but i could find nothing on them either. after he hung up i called back again and asked for a supervisor the person that answered said he was a supervisor named Andrew Kent i would like to know how i can go about contacting the true company and find out why they want me to pay over 600 dollars to clear a lawsuit that has not been explained to me the cause they had lots of my personal information SSN ADDR Bank i already had the banking information addressed please help

I also got a call from 305-433-8368 on 7-27-2007 about 10am CST. The person who identified himself as officer Nick Flemming from the legal investigation dept. of Fl. He also left me a voicemail and some how got all my personal info. such as my SSN, D.O.B, bank acct.#, and my work #. This person also had a very think Hindu type accent and was very rude telling me that if I did not send him 810.00 that I would be arrested by 1pm EST that day. The jerk even called my work and told my boss that I was being investigated. So I had my sister who is a lawyer call him and she was hung up on. I filed a police report and they told me to notify the F.B.I as well which I did. I tried to get as much info. out of this jerk as I could but got the same response as everyone else. It just really freaks me out how the hell he got all of my personal info. including my work #.

I have received several phone calls from Tom Jackson at this number, he states I am going to have to pay 8000.00 to get out of jail when they arrest me, and that they will be arresting before the end of business today, and God only can help me now.  This jerks name is not Tom Jackson, and he is with a pay day loan collection agency.  I owe all of 200.00 that I am working on with an attorney, and he had the nerve to scream at an attorney friend of mine as well. I have been told to contact the Attorney Generals office for unfair debt collection practices. He is using a name other than his own (illegal) and he is threating arrest and or seizure of property (illegal).  Plus he is calling me at my job after being told I am not to receive phone calls at my business (illegal).  My suggestion anyone contacted by this so called collection agency, or as they say the FBI.

I got a call from a Patrick something from United Processing stating that if I didn't pay $587 by the end of today I would be arrested at my place of business tomorrow.  I called the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission and filed a report on this company with both agencies.  They also called me from 954-237-6824, though the man sounded the same, thick Indian accent.  I called numerous times and asked for their physical address and was hung up on each time.

I got calls saying I was going to be arrested in about 20 min. so I just hung up. and I started searching the web for the phone number and found all the complaints, and how to go about this matter
1. Ask for A Validation Letter
2. Write down the Name, Time they call, and Phone Number.
3. call your telephone company with the information you have and how many times they call try to wait for them to call at least 5-6 Times. and tell the phone company that you know about the TELEPHONE CONSUMERS PROTECTION ACT. I Hope this works.

I received a call from this number but they told me to call back at (732)231-6372.  The man's name was Officer Peter Woods.  He called at 11:45 telling me that I had a payday loan of $2000 and that I needed to settle it today before 12 noon by paying $800.  He then proceed to yell at me and told me that I would be arrested at my job or at my home (whatever place they could get me)  He called back at 12 to ask did I want to handle this now.  When I told him no he started yelling and then hung up on me. He called back when I was away from my desk and asked for a supervisor.  When my boss picked up he introduce hisself and told her that he was calling to collect a debt from me.  When she told him that was a personal matter between me and him he became irate and told my boss he was sending the police to my place of work to have me arrested.

I received a phone call at my job.  I have a direct extension but they called the general number.  I'm there at weird hours so I got an email about the call and a voicemail.  They are claiming that I have a warrant for my arrest, which is slander.  I got a call from a Patrick Wilson from The Department of Law.  I'm not sure there are Indians by that name.  He proceded to tell me that in one hour I was going to be arrested and asked me to pay him $850, only with a debit or credit card of course.  I'm seeking legal counsel regarding this against the company they referenced.  I did consult the police regarding this and they said it is a scare tactic by a collection company.

This number is related to other phone numbers (now disconnected) answered by an overseas call center.  These people use a variety of names, but always use the same intimidating, harassing and threatening tactics.  There is not one single legitimate debt collection firm that would engage in these illegal tactics - this is NOT a legitimate operation.

Anyone receiving calls from this number should immediately report the call to the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov) and their local Attorney General's office.  DO NOT engage these people in any type of negotiations - ignore their calls and report their activity.

I got a Call from a Patrick Wilson at 1-954-237-6824.  He said that I would be arrested and that he will call the VP of my company and I would lose my job.  That is when I knew something was wrong.  I did not give him any information, but now an Officer form Florida Investigations keeps calling my work.  I am a little freaked out and not sure what to do. I know I can't speak to this person again, because it is too shady.

I guess I will call the company and ask what company they put into collections.
