Received a missed call and a voice mail, but the voice mail message was just a hang up.

They are a CraigsList posting company.  The message rolled out a phone number to call, different from the one that dialed me.   I did not have time to jot it down. Crazy because I was interested to hear their deal.

The are scum spammers. You get to pay them to violate craigslist terms of service on your behalf. Just calling me was a violation. I'm also on the do not call list. These are real low lifes. Wait until the people who sign up with them find out that craigslist may ban any ad with their company name. It's only a matter of time.

Craigslist spammer.  Just forward their number and where they got yours from to your state's Attorney General office.  I already contacted the AG in Texas.

got a call, vm picked up but no message left

Yeah got a missed call from this number, called it back and got the recorded message to call 517-618-7274. Funny thing is I noticed at the same exact time of the call someone flagged one of my C.L. ads.. Coincidence? Maybe. But if they are flagging ads to sell their service all they managed to do is pi-- me off.
