I got a phone call twice today from this number. The second time i answered it was a guy who sounded like he was from India. Stateing that i owned some company for a  i never recieved. He insisted that i am a begger & a liar. And now, I have a lawsuit. He could Not provide me with any numbers besides his own and a imaginary rout & account numbers. I did some research and this is a compete scam. I told this individual unless he can send written proof i signed for a Loan or have intentionally  recieved one then I'm not buying this crap of a phone call. He claims to have a sheriff dropping papers tommrow. But i don't see that happening cause apperently he has no case. He had me so worried & severely angry at him. He wanted me to calm down and couldn't understand how extreamly mad. So calming down wasnt an option. Well the phone call ended.

Received a call from this number this a.m.and it was the same English impaired voice from a different number and location....In the past, calls came from Ontario, New York, and today Miami.....This guy really does some scrambling....He finally gave up the reason for the "lawsuit"... I had supposedly made a payday loan and had not repaid it...The sheriff's office is going to bring me a court summons tomorrow...I pity anyone who has to deal with this...I told him to let the sheriff come...the FBI had emailed me that they were coming also because I had been sending large amounts of money to offshore banks funding ME TERRORISTS......and so it goes....???

If you walk in the street and suddenly you hear a dog barking at you, the first thing you feel is fear. Just keep in mind that dogs that bark do not bite and if you just go on your merry way you have accomplished one of the thousand obstacles in life. Do not let anything in life get you side track if you are not at fault. Do not let it get to you. The only one you have to be scared off, it's yourself. This people are scammers. Deal with the fact that you have to face them with a bold face. Do not show them you are scared. Take care.

When people call you and you feel unease, get your bravo nature up (without cursing) and do not answer them when they ask their questions or threaten you. You ask the questions and you will see how they will hang up the phone. You know why? Everyone always gives up when they have nothing more to say and they do not like to be questioned. Make sure to get their names even though they sound foreign.

Here is the funny thing... the number this scan artist called of mine is my google voice number which I have never given to anyone! The sleazy scammer is just randomly calling numbers looking for fish that will bit. I love google voice because I have blocked his number now.

I received a call from this number and I told him he has the wrong number. From the looks of the comments this is a complete scam and no one should fall victim to this. If you know that you havent made a payday loan or if you have and you repaided...just hang up.

This so called attorney firm called me today.   indian desent with american names.  Said they wanted my attorneys name that I owed this pay day company money. iF i didn't give them my attorneys name they were going to call my employer and tell them what a bad person I was.  I told them to call my manager and offered to give them her direct number-they didn't want to hear that.  Just now called to confirm my address so they could file the papers and that the law would be here to arrest me in the morning and take me to court.  I called his bluff and said I would like to see the sheriff and when I got done talking to him I was going to send him to your firm.  'they said they represent 2 different companies.  There has to be a  way to stop them.  I shouldn't have to change my phone # just to get rid of them.

I got a call from this m f er from india or somewhere one of those diper wearing sand monkeys they always hangup when you know your wright plus at the end of message they say  good luck as the situation unfolds on you i tell they come to my house and see this situation unfolds on they i want to hang them up in my tree and cut their balls off shove them down their throat and pull them out their [***] i want them to take me to court.......angury man

said i owed a payday loan from ccs. do not know who ccs is. ccs sent money to a bank i do not know and  the money was gone when they tried to get it back. threatened me with a lawsuit. cop to show up at my door and take me to a court house in my state. cound not tell me what court or my address. would not give me any details of the case and said i recieved 20 emails about it before the call. have not seen any. got angry and hung up what i started to ask questions about it. sounded like he was from india.

I received a call from them toosaid I owe someonee money that I know nothing about im sick of them calling me isn't there something that we can do to stop these people.

I got a call on my job stating I owe ccs they were from Indian decent American  name.  Said I would be arrested and I am being sued.. He tried to read me the law suit I hang up he called be back.. I told him no hung up again.  They are persistent it's scary for someone to call your job to say you being sued. I will not be bullied  

this is [***] ive recived muiltple calls from this number and a few other ones Florida ,813 area code there was a Indian man saying i owe [***] i never used on top of that he knows who i am crazy

I received a call from this number this morning and he asked for my sister, said she was at work he said leave a message, so I asked who this was and he said a law firm important matter, little did he know I handle all bills so I know we don't owe anything so he said well who is this told him he didn't need to know who I am He had a foreign accent but an American name have no intention of talking to him again. I know this is a scam because he got mad that I asked who he was and wouldn't tell him who I was. Think he said he was from castle law firm.

If you call this number 1-305-507-4757 he won't answer, he then  calls back with phone number
1-938-507-5118 its an Alabama call saying he returning my call. He refused to send me written proof of what I's supposed to owe said he would call the police to contact me at my workplace and was very irate with me If you look up the 938 number it says it is not valid

I received a call on 10/22 at 12:53pm from a man stating he was from a law firm and he was calling to get my attorney's information because I am being sued and he needs to advise my attorney.  I ran over to my computer to do a search on the law firm's name but he hung up first.

This guy (Indian with barely passable English)  called and left a message at my office.  He did not specify who he was leaving a message for AND he left it at 11:45 AT NIGHT!!!  No collections agency or law firm I know of work at that time of night and since they are in Florida they are an hour ahead of us so their time it was actually 12:45am.  What a scam.  I hope no one falls for this bs.

I received a call from this number today.  I also received a call from this number about a year ago.  It is all a scam!!! My advice is just hang up!!!

I too got a call from this so called company however I record all of my calls since I'm in a first party state which means I don't have to let them know I'm recording the call if they already mentioned they are recording it for quality assurance purposes. With that being said some indonesian person called and when I asked for the account number to the account the person said they were going to "Find and Kill Me" I have that recorded so I plan on sueing and bringing criminal charges of physical harm against the caller and the company does anyone have an address to 305-507-4757 they say there from Crowe Castillo and Associates.

The same thing is happening to me about twice a day as well. A foreigner very rude always says that if I ignore this all he can do is wish me luck. WHAT A CROCK OF CRAP! Maybe someone can put an end to this harrassment.
