This is an extremely rude telemarketer. They don't speak English well, but they wanted to know if I had any surgeries they can sue about. They have previously called and I told them not only have I not had any surgeries but I am on my states do not call list and they STILL keep calling. Sometimes they just sit there breathing into the phone. Today a man called and I said again do not call me I am on the do not call list and he started repeating everything I said and laughing like a child.

I have had 3 calls in a row and I  did not answer them because I am at work. I then called thinking it was something important. I saw that it was a telemarketer and hung up. They called back and asked why I called and hung up. The caller then started going on about it, and I hung up. They have tried calling me back now twice in the past 5 minutes and left a voicemail saying a very inappropriate message! omg

This is a telemarketer that calls my phone everyday, at least 10 times a day. Do not answer.

They've called 8 times in two days.  Today I was home and answered.  When they asked to speak to my wife by her legal name I said "no, and take us off your call list".  They called back an hour later and asked again.  This time I told them no again and asked if they were comprehending English or should I wait for them to get an interpreter... I have now blocked the number.   If the idiots are that hard up for a lawsuit I'd suggest they start a suite against their own harassing company!!

Moron telemarketer keeps calling my phone and leaves no message

Several calls from 305-507-4771.  Every single time I tell them my number is registered with the National Do Not Call list.  The person talking pretends not to hear me or hangs up.  I asked to speak to the supervisor and they said "Yes mam please hold while I transfer you to our supervisor." then of course the call was ended.  

I usually answer these calls "hello, bobs house of [***], can I help you?"
When they start talking call them big boy and hot stuff...they usually hang up!

I got the same call from someone speaking poor English calling himself Smith.  He was asking about surgeries.....I said Smith my name is Jones.....I have not had surgery.

Called left no message.

Called at 3:28 PM today Friday Jan 17. We never pick up if we don't recognize the name or number, saving ourselves a lot of headaches. However - these calls are still a royal pain.

this number will call 3 or 4 times in a row, they say disgusting things and never hang up.

Received a phone call from (305) 507-4771 Shows up on my called ID as Miami FL.  When I asked if this was a sales call or if I could call them back, the man who spoke very poor English, hung up on me.  I called them back, the man who answered just answered Hello.  I explained that I received a phone call from this number and would like to be removed from their database.  He began to tell me they wanted to know if someone had surgery... and I said Remove me from your phone list, I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and will Report them!

Received a message, he spoke poor English, asked for Davonna G......, I said there is no one here by that name, he said, "are you sure"?  I asked to speak to a manager, he said stay on the line, and then came back and said "goodbye" before ending the call.  Is there a way we can file a complaint and get them shut down?

Just had a call from this number. Caller ID gives the # and "Miami". First the idiot said "my name is Louis". I said "what?". He then says "my name is Max and I am calling from Medical Health Dept.".  I said "what? who are you?" He started talking but I could NOT understand him. I yelled at him "I can't understand a damn word you are saying. So I'm saying GOODBYE".  I sure wish I could block these calls (Bright House offers no way that I know of to block numbers you don't want calling.).

Scammers resell active phone number lists to new scammers.  I think these guys are out of Nigeria so seems like each month they have a new scam and call from new numbers.  305 seems to be the new area code they are calling from this month.

They have called daily for two months every day we have asked to have them take us off their call list...today they called my husband s says who is this their response was oh you don't know the number already. If you ask for a supervisor they hang up on you...then you have medical commendation when they are a "medical supply" company how the hell do they know what compensations I have...im not sick no serious illness no injuries ect...about to get a lawyer
