My name is Vaudreiul Toussaint, it is now 4 weeks ago I have received a call from 305- 587-2441 for a loan I apply online. They got my 1800 dollars the make me pay.Since they never called me back or give the loan like the promise me. I feel Like I am being robbed.! Sad business!!!

It was a scam.. Advance fee loans are illegal. And you need to file reports/complaints on it!

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

This is a debt collector. Some Indian guy says his name is John Parker from the attorney generals office and a complaint has been filed against your social security number. This number 305-587-2441 is not the number to the attorney generals office. This is a scam.

I received a call from this number from a gentle men named Greg Henry, from the Attorney General Office in Florida he claims that I owe a payday loan and in the morning a sheriff will be at my door to arrest me for not paying because there is a law suit filed against my ssa, I don't know if this true are not

They can not come get you.  This is a scam big time !  Do not answer your phone or call them back.  They are just trying to get you angry, worried etc.  Yes I know this from experience!  Also debt collectors can not call you before 8 a.m.  These jerks call me at 6:30 am.  Never give them any information.

got a msg on phone from some guy who sounds like he is from India.....could not understand a word he said. will be filing a complaint. shawn or john parker...loan company getcashone usa ????? do not have a loan with anyone...he is an idiot. needs to research who he is calling and learn to speak English!

Here is some advise for anyone receiving  phone calls demanding money:

DON"T ANSWER THE PHONE!
If you have caller ID and you don't recognize the number, don't answer it,and if you don't have caller ID get an answering machine and if someone is threatening you if you don't call them back and pay up,
DON"T CALL THEM BACK!
Any money you may owe will be a legitimate letter in the mail.If you do answer the phone;
DON"T EVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE! NO BANK NUMBERS, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. These scammers are never going to give up unless we get smart and stop giving them the what they want. If you get a call like this inform your family,friends and your boss that you are being scammed so if these people do call one of them, especially your boss,they will not be caught off guard.If they threaten you with court action, tell them "I'll see you in court" They won't show up.By law you must be served in PERSON for any court proceedings.Lets stop being victims people. Spread the word. Everyone is at risk to scammers.All debt is regulated by Federal Law. Look it up for you state.

I got the same call from Craig Henry saying that I owe a Income tax and threatening me to send a areest warrant, What's going on and this guys accent is so strong?

Appreciate the effort but these guys are Abroad in India ( Gujrat) and do not get scared by local laws. They are hardcore criminals.

I received a call today from an Henry With the combination of the very noisy background noise, and his thick Middle Eastern accent, it was tough to understand him. First, Alex called my cell, and I did not answer, then he called my work. After later looking at my phone, I realized I had a new voicemail from 3055872441
Hello, this message is intended for Anna. Anna, the very second you receive this message, I need you or your attorney to give me a call. Be sure this is very time sensitive. My name is Alex Brown, don't disregard this message. Now, Anna if you ignore the call or I don't hear from your attorney, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as trouble unfolds on you"
After listening to the voice mail, I called back the number curious as to what 'fate was to unfold upon me.' Alex answered and was very assertive with me. He explained to me, as he read the affidavit that I tried to apply for numerous payday loans and I failed to comply and pay the application fees, resulting in over $700 in damages on my end, and in turn, the company, American Cash, was indeed pressing charges against me for conspiracy to steal from them. I knew at that moment that this was such a scam. But, I continued to listen to Mr. Brown. He then transferred me to attorney, Travis Hall from Lynch and Patterson Law Firm in Nebraska. Travis, who happened to sound nearly identical to Alex told me that I will have by the end of today, a criminal case against me that he would be forced to send to the authorities. He also said if I did not pay the full $800 + other out of court fees, police would come to my house (he listed my place of residence) or to my work (he listed my work address) and incarcerate me.
At this point, I played victim, told him I had to make a call to get the money, and I then contacted a lawyer (who laughed at how pathetic the situation was), the police station (all 3 detectives I spoke to also laughed at how insane this case was), and called to make an appointment to get my nails done. ;)
After about an hour, I called back, and asked for Travis' credentials for my records, then told him I would like to counter sue him for lying to me and for threatening and harassing me. He told me to "never call him again, and if I thought he was a fake, that I will see what happens on Tuesday"

Please do not fall for these guys! They didn't get what they wanted from me, but I do have to admit, they had me going for about 4 seconds. They will do and say whatever they have to do just to get a few bucks out of us! Despite their failed attempt to get money from me, this is still an issue, not only do they have my house and work address, they also read off to me my SSN. These people are foul, and now I have to really monitor the hell out of my credit.
