Same as last comment.  IRS law suit filled against me.

Obvious scam. IRS doesn't even have the number on file that they called.

IRS has filed lawsuit against me too.  And I thought I was paying too much in taxes.  But, thankfully, they left message letting me know.

I tried to call back but the number was busy?  Message I got was about they were trying to reach me.  This is the IRS calling about a lawsuit filed against me...blah blah blah

What did the person report their name as?

Irs  lawsuit! Tryed to called them back, never answered and then line was busy, I called to 1800 366 4484 and reported the scam.

My homophone today got this: "The reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number is 305-600-0454. I repeat 305-600-0454. Thank you."

it was a cutoff message all I heard in the message that it was the IRS please call us back at 30506000454 to speak about this matter. !! scam!! the IRS wont call you they sent letters.
