you order under price medication - Carla Hines replies to RB| 1 replyI am a DEA agent in the Southern California area - Our office has been monitoring these (gentlemen) for some time now. They do not make good on their promises so there is no actual transference of drugs. But they are a scam and this case has been turned over to a federal fraud investigator. They go by the names of: Gary, Steve Miles and David.
This is just a post to warn any potential victims. - Table Turner| 1 replyI received a number of calls on Saturday morning 10-03-2009 from a person calling himself Steven Miles. He told me he was from my pharmacy Company called "Just USA Meds" and was calling to renew my prescription of 80mg Oxycontin? I got his telephone number listed on my caller ID (305) 744-3188. I have never taken 80mg Oxycontin and I have never ordered any medications on-line. I know for a fact that your doctor must give you the phsyical paper prescription for this type of medication. It can not be telephoned into a pharmacy like some medications because it is a Schedule II Narcotic that requires a triplicate Prescription Form from your doctor. So I played along with his game and he spent most of the morning trying to get me to send him the money via Western Union ($400.00). He told me that they would have a local CVS Pharmacy deliver it to my door step by the end of the day. Just for giggles I called the same local CVS Pharmacy and I was assured by the pharmacist that they DO NOT make house calls and/or deliver medications like this because they are heavy duty pain medications. I have a very enstensive work history in the medical field and I know for a fact the guy was a fake. He promised to have my Oxycontin delivered to me that same day but I had to hurry because Western Union would be closing in a few hours. He actually took the time to look on the internet to find a VCS Pharmacy near my city (San Diego County) and the idiot gave me the CVS Pharmacy physical address, so I knew he had internet access and was just looking at a computer screen. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INTERNET PHARMACIES, ALMOST ALL OF THEM ARE SCAMS!!! Steven Miles from "Just USA Meds" at (305) 744-3188 and he said he works for Dr. Roger Foster from Las Vegas??? ALL SORTS OF BS WITH THESE PEOPLE.... If you have a real medical condition go to a real physicians office, DO NOT use these SCAMMERS....

- TT2 replies to Table TurnerI also live in San Diego and had the same experience about a week ago. They initially wanted me to Western Union $350 to a "doctor" Agustin DePaula in the Dominican Republic. Then they wanted me to wire the money to a Luis Miguel Gutierrez in New York. He said he had connections with a pharmacy in San Diego and a Fed-Ex truck was waiting at the pharmacy to deliver my package. I would receive my delivery within 10 minutes. They just needed my payment. I stopped answering the phone. About five days later I got a message from a guy who said he was calling on behalf of a "doctor" Gutierrez in New York who wanted to refill my prescription. He left a New York phone # for me to call.
I love these guys. I haven't laughed so much in a long time. I hope no one gets taken. - Not Ann Marie replies to Carla HinesFor the past year, I have been getting a call from a company called "Just USA Meds" roughly every 2-3 weeks (phone # 305-744-3188). They ask for an "Ann Marie". I have had this work phone number for a very long time, and can guarantee that nobody with that name has ever had this phone number.
Each time, I ask them to remove my number from their call list. But, it never works. This last time, I asked to speak to their supervisor, who called himself Steven Miles. I asked him for the name of his manager. He said "kiss my a**" (sorry for the expletive) and hung up.
I would not recommend ever giving this company any personal information or money. If I can help the DEA in any way, please let me know. I will check back to this board every once in awhile. - speriLast night I received a from 520 838 8345. The caller identified himself as Peter Santana. He said he was calling regarding a refill to my refill prescription. At first I hung up on him and then he called back and gave me my address. He then had my attention, so I played along with him. He said I had a prescription waiting to be refilled and they needed to verify my information do to some issues in their accounting department. The then proceeded to try and sell me some counterfeit prescription medication, which he was now sending me at a discounted rate, due to the accounting problem. He gave me some BS about this “accounting issue” and told me I had to western union $340 to the account of Micheal Nenez in the Bani, The Dominican Republic before 11 to receive a fed-ex with this medication by noon. I continued to question him on his crazy BS story and he explained that funds would not be released from western union until I gave the fed-ex man some 10 digit number.
Obviously, I knew all along this was a scam, but I just looked it up on line and found out this people are actually getting money from a lot of people.
The scary thing is that the guy knew my address!!! AND just emailed me!!!!!!! Claiming to be: Ascend Media Dental Group, Inc. Booneville MS 92676
The email address was denisekim6n7442@yahoo.com and it was directing me to order medication at: http://wxfppaj.blogspot.com redirected to: http://www.secure-rx-refills.com/?aid=ailer&tid=refill - AxelI got a call from "Johnny" who said he was with the online pharmacy and that he had my refill ready to ship. Said I would have it the next day between 11am and 12. Offered 180 count Hydro 10/325, with
20 free, so 200ct for $679 if I send western union to Bani, Dominican Republic. he claimed it would be cod and i would get to inspect the package before giving him my ten digit number to release funds to them. so fed ex will stand there waiting while i open up the pills? really? He said to send the money to Michael Nunez, and urged me to be sure and tell them that I do in fact know him. Urged me to not mention what the money is for. Kept saying I had to call western union asap, so he could give me my tracking number. I caught him contradicting himself several times by asking questions. Like when I asked for the tracking number. He said the package was on its way, and I said give me number, and I will call WU. He rambled, and never gave clear answers. first said tracking number ready, then said tracking number will be given after WU pmt. is cleared, then said shipping dept. places orders on hold until WU pmt. clears, then said fed ex places shipping on hold until pmt. clears. I say what happened to "COD" and more rambling...more promises, even said "trust me. I am honest, christian, family man and i go to church every sunday. i would never lie or cheat."
then he says the package is at my local fed ex waiting. as soon as i make WU pmt. they will bring it to me. I am playing along. i am so glad i saw this before doing anything stupid. Thats when i googled 'dominican republic pharmacy WU' and found the exact thing reported as a scam. here are the summary details:
western union the money to: MICHAEL NUNEZ , BANI, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

- Debbie replies to RBYes I think I was scamed as well. I can't believe it that this guy named Roger foster has totally taken my $300 and now the avatars won't return my emails and I'm sure he probably fled the county, I am so missed off and just want to find this scam artist and report his ass. I'm sure I will never see a dime back or the things I ordered and he had the balls to tell me if I have any problems I will get my money back. That's a complete joke and lie. This jerk has made it that I will trust nobody online again. Its cod or nothing for me. I won't be scammed again and as far as Roger goes, he will have his day because I'm ready to report this prick.
