Got a call from this number asking for my sister by her name and the last 4 of her social. I think it has something to do with debt collection regarding payday loans as she has a number of outstanding loans that she has not paid. The guy said his name was "Steve Martin". Yeah OK Steve!

Mark Smith? it was hard to understand his voice but it sounded like he said his name was Mark Smith... The number that he dialed is different from the number he left me on my voice mail... He was talking about a case and my attorney or something... i"m only 19! i don't have an attorney and i have never done anything illegal or anything! i'm really confused. He threatened me to call back and i am scared. the number that was shown on my phone was, 052-543-511. He spoke in an Arabic accent... the number doesn't even have the appropriate length!

if you receive a call from 305-760-4526 stated his name was Kevin Foster ( with a Arabic Accent) yeah right. This is a fraudulent caller, DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION to them...If you have ever applied for a pay day loan online this is how they obtain your information.

Kevin Foster called me stating that I took out a loan last year and money was deposit in account that i am going to jail. This is a fraudlent person who  is trying to get you to settle with them . I  never got an online loan. I

This guy is very dangerous. He is a leader of a terrorist cell known as Haz sux mi dicha. He lies to his customers so he can intimadate single mothers and their children. He changes his name and his employer daily and claims to work for the United Nations. This [***] must be stopped before he kidnaps American children. He has threatened to kill our president and all Americans.He must be stopped

We too have been getting phone calls from the number 305-760-4526 they claim their name is William Turner but when I try calling back and ask for William turner he isn't available. We did back before Christmas apply for a payday loan but when I saw the terms were ridiculous and wasn't going to help I went no further. I have went back to November looking for any deposits from them and there are none. They speak with an Arabic accent and they say they are in Florida but the line cuts out repeatedly which makes me wonder if they are only using that area code from another country. They threaten with police coming to our door in 5 minutes etc...We have called our local sheriff's department and they said they would call and tell them to stop threatening us...not sure it will help. Glad to see I am not the only one that has this happening to us.

I received a call from this number around 9:am this morning...Said he was Jason (with an Arabic accent) -- said he was with the courts? and with All State? -- said I need an attorney -- I hung up -- he called back -- I told him I don't owe anybody anything and I'm not in any legal trouble so don't call my house again -- he was still talking when I hung up again -- THIS IS A SCAM!

These people will not stop calling, and they are threatining to have investigators forceably remove me from my home! They claim to have all my credentials, last four of my social, address, phone number, but the last four of my account number do not coincide with the bogus information he supplied! All else is good, but anyone can get public records! I am not a dummy, and want these people stopped! How many others are being harrassed?

This guy left me a message, so I called back because I couldn't understand him. He read me an affidavit saying that I'm being prosecuted for violation of federal banking laws, check fraud and bank fraud and that the investigators are coming to take me into custody. He said his name was Kevin Foster on the message from 305-760-4526, but he answered the phone "Matt" somebody-or-other. I couldn't understand him. But the voice was the same guy from the message.

He claimed I took out a loan from cashnet and prevented them from pulling the funds from my account on the due date, creating a fradulent check. That the company chose not to pursue collection, but reported the money as stolen and are now criminally prosecuting me.

He ALREADY KNEW my name, my bank name, and my street address.

I told him I wanted something in writing. His response was to verify my address and tell me they were coming to take me into custody. I asked for a date when this allegedly occurred. He said December of last year, so I asked for a specific date and I think he hung up on me,

Should I close and re-open my bank account?
How and who should I report this to????

I got smart, did some research, and called the company he claimed was pressing charges directly. He is using their company's name to commit fraud.

Their fraud department says this guy is 100% scam and they are working on their own investigation into how this person was retrieving his information.

If you get any calls - do NOT reveal any personal information - do NOT give him money or any information that would give him access to money - and most of all - do NOT feel threatened or scared. No matter what this guy tells you - no one is "coming to take you into custody" or "throw you in jail" because he's a FRAUD.

Just hang up, don't answer the calls and for goodness sake, don't call him back!

This guy must think people are stupid, I asked for the proper credentials of the supposed case. And he said he could not disclose that information! In between calls with him, I did some calls of my own, and also googled the # and found this site & many more complaints about the phone #. I have been burned only once by these guys! They got 200.00 out of me! Not this time! I caught onto the game! All of this because I took out 1 online loan! He had all available information that the average Joe could get from public records! He tried to say he had my checking account # but was wrong! I told him my 3 year old daughter could go on line and retrieve the same information he had, & not to call anymore! He proceded to say, investigators will come to my home & forcibly detain me, and hold me till court! Where as in court it would cost me 5000.00 instead of the 500.00 he was asking for! I wonder how many people have fallen prey to this clown??? He or they need to be stopped!

Me and my family have been receiving calls from Mr. wright ( Arabic accent), so he says. He just called about ten minutes ago and stated the cops and feds were heading over to my house. Feds- Memeorial Day Holiday...lol My husband works for an Auto insurance company.  He mainly deals with fraudulant claims so he started asking questions such as claim number for the so-call law suite they say they have on me. Mr Wright got very angry and started yelling back. Meanwhile my husband is a very  humble man, a man with patience so he continued to ask questions that Mr Wright could not answer and He hung up on my husband. No calls so far. By law once a bill collecter is told not to call back ( ALL  collection agency calls are monitored/recorded) they should not call back. Thats if they are ligit. For instance Mr wright  is not so right...lol

I received a call this morning from "William Turner" with "Allstate Legal Service" upon searching the name it doesn't exist. He stated his company has a case against me and my social, and that I was going to be served today and arrested. I asked them what their address was he said they are located all over the states. I asked what the mailing address for his company was and he said 403 Lemon St., North Dade City, Florida 33246. The address doesn't exist. They are a fraudulent company. When I reported them to the AG, BBB, FBI, and FTC, I was told that when you apply for a loan online, your loan application and all your personal information is sent to 1000's of lenders and a large number of them are fraudulent. They then you all your personal information to scam you out of money as a fake debt collector. They give vague information like that you applied for a loan online, and never paid it back, when you ask for the name of the company they give you a random name and say it is the parent company and they have several DBA's and they can't list them all. Anyhow, it is a scam, don't trust them. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it but ignore them or change your number. Most the time they are not in the state so the authorities can't do anything about it, they use internet calling to contact you and make them seem local.

OMG!! I just talked to this guy, saying his name is Mark Harris, which is not the name of the guy who left several messages on my voicemail, "William Turner."  I let him know he has been caught.  His number and several names is on the internet as scam.  I told him to step his game up.  U.S. citizens are smart enough to know to research before releasing any personal information.  I advised him to type the number he's giving out into the search engine of google to know he's been caught.  Also, word of advise.  Police will not come to your house unless there is a warrant out for your arrest.  Call your local police department to verify.  Without a warrant an arrest cannot be made, therefore do not be afraid of these guys (or guy) - he's been had!!!!

This number 305-760-4526 called my company's voice mail and left a message for one of our employees. He had the most unusual distorted thick accent, i could barely understand him. He said something about contacting an attorney and that it was time sensitive. I don't know what it was about but i'm thinking its a scam. His "name" was William Turner.... hahahahaha i think he was watching too much Pirates of the Caribbean. He definitely did not sound like a William Turner... his accent reminded me of Sacha Baron Cohen's character Jean Girard in Talladega Nights!

Ignore It! Do not give out any information, tell them your lawyer will contact him and he will not call back.

I got a call from this number but he said his name was william Turner and he told me the same thing when I told him I never got a loan and they never deposit any money in my account and to give me a address are fax number to send them my bank statement to show i never got the money they got mean and thearten to have me arrested and told me they dont have to let me show them proff and good luck in my leagl matter and hung up on me.

Had a message on my work voicemail this morning from 305-760-4526 (Mark Harris). Very threatening regarding calling back the very "second" I got the call. Wanted either me or my attorney to contact them about a very "sensitive" situation. They would not be responsible for the outcome if I did not return the call. It has been interesting reading other posts this morning. I was sure it was a phishing call when I heard it since we have no debt, have secured no loans and are just about as squeaky clean as you can get. I think this needs to be reported to local authorities and to the Federal Trade Commission. This can be done online through the do not call list website. Happy reporting!

ITS A SCAM...THEY HAVE CALLED ME TOO.  THEY SAY I OWE SOME PAYDAY COMPANY WHICH IS BULL!   I TOLD THEM TO ISSUE THE ARREST AND I WOULD GET A LAWYER TO FIGHT IT AND SO THEY STOPPED FOR A WHILE THEN STARTED UP AGAIN CALLING FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER.
