a lot of unwanted calls and they were told clearly not to call any more.

The caller claimed to be a cheaper health insurance and wanted me to charge $236. for first month plus $50 handling fee. I would not give them my credit card number and after talking to two people I hung up on them. It just sounded to good to be true.Please stop them if they are not for real!

I have had numerous calls from them . I told them I was not interested but every day 1 or 2 people call me back. In the same day!!

They call me and hang up the second I answer..

They've called me 8 times in the last 2 days.  They always leave a voicemail that sounds as if someone forgot to put thier key lock on and misdialed you from their pocket.  Just a bunch of backround noise and distant voices.  The last time they called someone mentioned my name, laughed, and hung up.  Very bizzare.  Tried calling them back and it went to a Cinergy Health recording.

I keep getting calls from them.  Like 5 or 6 a day.  The one time I did answer it, they hung up as soon as I did...& I mean I answered it in like 2 rings.

I was getting about 5 calls a day from them.  They would hang up each time I answered the phone.   If you decide to call them back, enter extension 150.  It's the only extention that seems to get an answer rather than a recording.

keep calling as much as 10 times per day.

Looked on line for cheap health insurance.  they started calling within 3 minutes after I submitted form.  There is nothing cheap about them and they don't know what the word no means.

I get a call from this phone# atleast 6 times a day and they hang up whenever i answer. When I call back, I cant get anyone on the phone. 305 972 9996

I called 800.209.9076 which has been constantly advertised on Fox/ABC radio. I wanted a website or policy from Cinergy Health to be sent to me. The rep wanted my name,address,phone # for agent to contact me. I told the guy that all I wanted is them to send me info. He didn't offer even their website. I received 3 calls from 305.792.7526 but only answered the 3rd call since I have been overwhelmed with telemarketing calls everyday for the last 2weeks..The lady gave me her name and extension and the website..

This number calls me literally at least once an hour from 9am-9pm. They call probably about every 15-20 minutes between the hours of 5-9. I have told them several times I don't want their insurance, my boyfriend has answered because he is much more firm and angry sounding than I am, and he has told them that we don't want it and to stop calling and they would just call again within an hour!! It's really pissing me off. I've gotten to where I just don't answer because I don't want to talk to them and they keep calling regardless of being told not to. They never leave a message and when they do it's accidental, like they didn't hang up the phone all the way or something. I am registered on the Do Not Call list and I don't remember ever signing up for Cinergy Health, but somehow they got my name and number and I want them to stop calling me.

I received about 10 calls from them Sep 22nd. The last call was 7:30 pm CST . Per their website the number that comes up on Caller ID is their Fax #.  See their website: cinergyhealth.com/contact-us.asp

Calls started at 9am, first call I missed, they leave no messages, second call I answered and told them to stop calling (my cell). Between the 9am-12:30pm, (when I finally yelled a person to stop calling!!!) there was a total of 8 calls. I'll be back if they continue!!! Oh, I answered 4 of those calls and specifically told them to stop calling!

Low and behold!   The answer to my question!  I was stupid enough to attempt to find cheap health insurance.  Saw Cinergy Health commercial and went online to see if I could get a quote.  Well, their website said I could get an instant quote but I had to fill out the questionaire that included my phone number (yeah I'm dumb)  first!  so, I did.  the calls started the following day Sept. 30 at 11:57 am then, 2:50pm, 3:01, 3:25, 3:54, 4:02, 4:27, 5:10, 5:27, 5:45, 6:19 and again Oct 1 at 9:24 am and 9:54.  I answered the first 2 calls and there was no one there.  I finally figured out how to silence the ring for that number and I did so!
I promise I will never do that again!

Ease up on the caps, skippy. 800Note admins as that you refrain from using all caps. That means do NOT use them for your ENTIRE post! Its basically internet yelling and its annoying! It doesnt get your post noticed more, people tend to skip over all caps posts.

They are SCAM. Follow the steps below:

- Don't Give ANY credit card information
- Don't Accept ANY offers.
- Tell them to call back later (Maybe 10-15 minutes)
- Now..Ask you phone company to redirect incoming phone calls from that number to the authorities because there scam. =p

(You Don't Want A block ,but A Redirect. If they can't do this then just block it)

What's going to happen is when they call. The system's at the authorities know how to track calls and won't be to happy to be on A scam call list.

Some... try to be smart about it and change the first 3 digit's of the entire number. If that's the case look at the last 4 digit's and Ask your phone company to REDIRECT or BLOCK the number ending in the last common four digit's of the number calling.

What this will do is any number xxx-xxx-9996 will be blocked or redirected to authorities.
