We just received a call from this number. They try to scam us. They said that they have a relative. So lame that they get lost in their own story. Alert!!!!

I received a call from this number, about a contract to kill me some irtersadate for me and I did not pay attention, before that I received txt msg. and after another txt I did not answer anymore the calls.

1-305-794-8997. I received a call from this number and they said that a family member was in an accident. It was all very sketchy. They tried to use information that was said during the phone conversation to help make what they say legitimate. I even gave them a fake name of a one of my "relatives" who doesn't exist and they rolled with it. They even called my dads phone. Our numbers are from the Miami area and only differ in the last number. Its like these guys are calling down a list of phone numbers on a list hoping to get someone to fall for thier trick. I plan on calling the non emergent Miami Dade police hotline and see if they want to do something about them. These people seem to be trying to do some type of scam.

You are right.  Its a scam.  

If you spoke to them longer they would have told you how much money it would take to get medical care or transportation for your family member.  They would have told you to send that money to them by Western Union.  The caller would vanish with your money.

You were wise not to give them any money.  And keeping them occupied by talking about a relative who doesn't exist was downright brilliant.

I also received a call from this number. Be careful!!!! And hang up the phone!!!

dude wtfff!!!?? these people just called my brother telling him that they ran me over while i was crossing the street and that they had taken me to a safe place and that the guy was a fugitive from the law he demanded money for my release he also told my brother that i was in very bad conditions and that i needed urgent medical care....... don't fall for this people its sad we have people like this calling.

It's funny. They called and said my son was in an accident when my son was right next to me. Then they told me it was my brother instead. So, we also lied about the name. He told us the entire story of how "rodolfo andolisia" was in an accident and how a motorcycle ran him over. We told him the story was great and that the name was false and hung up. People have nerve.
