This number called me today as well. Its a scam to get you to give up your information so they can steal your identy. They are spoofing the calling ID info so it will say whatever they want it to say that it will be 'un-traceable'
DONT GIVE ANY INFO TO THEM

number rang up about 8 times -- finally someone spoke and asked who was in charge of the handling the pepco billing -- person hung up when i pressed for more info

The person called my work line 10 times in less than 10 minutes, and also called my cell phone.  I answered and he stated that I owed some place money and that he would continue to call and there was nothing I could do about it.  However, there was.  I called the police who informed me to add my cell phone and work numbers to the National Do Not Call Registry, and to call my State Attorney's office to file a complaint.  I have just done this, and I will keep you informed as to whether they continue to harass me.

A telemarketer that sounded like she was reading a script while on speed wanted to set up a meeting between me and a rep from the 'George S. May' company offering 'Business Solutions'.

Answered phone but no one was there. Caller ID said "FLORIDA." I thought it was weird a state was calling me.

Got a call from this #. No one said anything. I called the number and an automated voice said "this is a non-working number"

Recieved a call from (305)800-1000 answered and there was no reply. Returned the call and a message came up that the number in question had been disconnected.

called several times on my personal cell. never leaves messages and when i tried calling back, there was no response.

This number called 5 times in a row.  They asked for the person that handled the Delmarva Power bill.  When I asked what company it was, they said "Horizon Power".  I told them I was on the do not call list and would be reporting them.  The guy was still yelling as I hung up the phone.

I was already on phone call when this number beeped in.I looked at the caller ID and it said FLORIDA.I didn't answer.I did a search on this phone number and have read various reports from people receiving hang ups to people getting threats from someone calling from this number.I don't know but I am on the do not call list which does not help much.

received call from this number, when stated not here, they just are rude and hang up with some India mans voice

I have received daily calls for the last 3 weeks.  I live in N.C., and my phone company is Verizon (in case there's any relationship).  Caller says nothing when I answer.  I have since stopped answering.  What's up with this?

I thouht it was my ex-boyfriend who has lived in Miami for the past 3 years.  This was the first time I recieved this call, so I went to google to see if it may had been my ex, but instead seen all of these complaints.  Yes I did call it back it it keeps being a busy signal

Ya I got a call from this same number 305-800-1000 and a woman with a thick accent asked if a ole employee was here i Told her he had not worked here in over a year and she got all defensive and began to talk rude to me and I told her to take this number off of her call list and she said not and hung up on me.  THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING SOME KID OF SCAM ! ! ! I also tried to call it back and the noise that came back was like that of a number that is disconnected.  BEWARE ! ! !

I think this is the FBI! They have been tracking me with sensors in my brain and I think this is the final stroke, the FBI finally coming to get me!

Uh-huh...well, this person calls repeatedly and usually doesn't leave a message, but occasionally he'll ask for my husband by name. No indication who he is or who he represents and no separate phone number given to call back, so I just ignore him.  Hasn't called now in several weeks. I definitely won't be answering, after reading these comments.

Received call today from the same number and some lady who could barely speak English said she wanted to talk to the person in charge of paying the Elictric, bill. I did not respond to her, but asked her what was the reason and she said that it was to verify some information. SCAM! I was able to trace this call, but other times the number is untraceable. Previously, another phone call was made to my home this time it was someone saying they were from Verizon and they were giving out free phone cards and they would send you one if you verified your information. SCAM!

Unfortunately, I was at work and my mother a senior citizen picked up the phone and she gave out her basic info i.e. address, name, and tel #. I'm not quite sure what they'll do with the info., but I'm pretty sure it won't be good. Please, if you have a senior citizen inform them to never give out info. even if it's from a trusted company. These people are liars, cheats, and will stoop so far as to use a well known company to get their goal whatever it may be. The misfortune is that the elderly are the who are often the victims.

Just email the FBI.....The proper email for them can be found on Google. I have it somewhere, but not at my fingertips....but it works. Good luck to all!

Hang up, no message Apr 8, 3:18. I don't answer unknown calls and Google them to see if it's anyone worth answering the next time.  Apparently this is one I will not answer...Thanks to all of you who post this info - it just helps the next guy.
