They approved me for a $5000 loan sent me a contract which I havent signed and won't until I know it is legitimate.

So I recieved an email from an company name Advance America in Florida . They approved me for a $5000 loan including all the documents that needed to be signed . I was desperately trying to get a loan because I needed it for personal reasons . I couldn't get a loan in my state because I did not have any  established credit . So I called the number and spoke to a bob copper . He assured me that I would get a loan for the amount I requested for , but he wanted to verify that I had $200 in my account . So I deposited the money in my account but he wanted me to put it on money gram so I did, he had all my account information about my bank so he said he would deposit the money in my account but later he said he could not deposit my money into my account because it would not let him because it's a direct deposit account through my job . So he explained that his company lost money for trying to put the funds in my account and said I needed to pay $220 onto money gram so I did as he said . For him to tell me at the end of the day that he could not process my funds and that he would process my funds the very first thing in the morning so I waited and he called me but then said I would have to put $302 into money gram for the charges so I did & he told me I could get my funds right away but that never happened he said I needed to wait 30 minutes and so I did and then he called again saying that I needed to wait for an hour . So as im waiting for that hour for him to call back , I'm writing this because I'm afraid this is too good to be true & that I lost $700 of my hard working money . & I have bills that I need to pay & I have kids that I need to support . I'm worried that I won't get this money back . I don't know what else to do .

the similar think happened to me.  it was Bob Cooper I talked to also.  He told me I had to Verify that I had 200.00 so I did then gave me two bogus MoneyGram numbers and I would have to Verify $220.00 more.  I refused and told them to refund my previous 200.00 that didn't happen.  what a scam.  I have my attorney looking into filing a lawsuit against this company.

I just have one question. If you needed money for bills, why would you give these people $700 of your hard earned money?

They did the same thing with me. I'm not signing anything either. I'm considering calling the real Advanced Cash America to alert them of this scheme.

You've been scammed,  Your money is lost. These people are Indian or Pakistani debt scammers and this sort of scam has been going around for some time.

Loans
1.    No reputable lender will lend you money over   the   phone.
2.    No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
3.    On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
4.    Advance fees for loans are always illegal.    At  least in   most    American states.
5.    If   you want to borrow money,   go to an established brick and mortar   lender that has been around awhile.
6.    If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a.  threatening you or b.  offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7.    These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history.  If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information.  They know who they are calling.  They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and sometimes  members of the immigrant community.   Also,  those who might be in financial difficulty.

Advance fee loans are illegal period and in some states, so are the payday loans.   Please be aware the scammers may also claim down the road that you have taken a loan and try to extort money from you that way as well!
