CLAMIMED TO BE INTERNIAL REVANEW  THREATINING TO HAVE ME ARRESTED FOR FRAUD, I BELEAVE ITS FROM WHERE I GOT AN ONLINE PAYDAY LOAN FROM 2YRS AGO. I HAVE HAD MY LAYWER CALL THEM SO SHE CAN GET THERE INFO TO ADD TO MY BANKRUPTCY BUT THEY WILL GIVE NO INFO. PERSON HAS HEAVY ASIAN ACENT WITH AMERICAN NAME LOCATED IN FLORDA.

someone called me from this number claming to be from the federal government legal department. I think it was pertaining to a pay day loan that is over 1 1/2 old.

Received the exact same type of call.  I also turned their name into the FBI.  It is most definitely a scam when they speak with a heavy accent and tell me that they "hope God will be with me if I don't call".  Come on.  I love it when scams are this easy to detect!  Makes my life easier!  I believe they do get your info from payday loans.  Just ignore the calls.  Hopefully, if we all turn the number into the FBI, they will get the picture.

I just called this number back and spoke with someone named Carlos Martin. He spoke with a heavy Arabian accent. He claimed to work for an online cash advance company named Total Lending, I did/do have an account with them from 1 year ago. The people he wanted me send the money to was United Pay Service...but something doesn't feel right. First he called on a holiday demanding to have the money the following day and even cursed! Any recitable business wouldn't allow this type of behavior.Second he can't or will not give me any information pertaining to the original company I borrowed the money from. Anyway I have decided to try and file them in my bancruptcy.

We got a call from 305-851-2056 today, 06-23-2008. Callers name was Kristy, she had an Asian accent. She demanded we pay $320.00 for a past due loan made by our daughter. If the money was not paid by noon, daughter would be arrested. Kristy was going to issue a "Federal warrant". Kristy called us twice.

I just receieved several calls in regars to a supposedly lawsuit filed against me. This woman names "STACEY" called and asked for me and I verfied that I was that person, then she started to ask for my social security number, then I'm like no I don't give my info over the phone to just anyone. She then became so angry at me so I asked for her companies name, she said "Sir there is no company name, we are a lawful investigation unit! So I thought to myself...what.....no company name. So ofcourse she hung up on me! So I had my Boss call back and I instructed her to not give my info to anyone, she spokw to a mister Carlos Martini...He would not comply with giving any company info at all and she even asked for their fax number. Carlos hung the phone up on my boss after she called back twice!  THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Suppossedly someone is coming to get me and take me to jail...for what I DONT KNOW! :)

I also just received a phone call from Stacey at my place of employment. The first call she started threatening me with jail, I hung up on her.  She called me back, I asked for her number and asked her who she was with. She said an Florida state investigative unit.  I asked for the main number, she said I didn't need that info. I then hung up.  

Definitely a scam!

I received a call from this Stacey also at my place of employment and she also told the sectary that if I don't contact her that there will be a warrant for my arrest.  She didn't even leave an extension.  And if you call that number you will get a answering service as if it is going to someone's house. I beleive that it is definitely a scam.

Got several calls from a heavily accented woman named Stacy......sound familiar. She already had the last 4 of my social, my old address, and a very old bank account number. Got angry (seems to be the norm) when I was reluctant to cooperate. Called my cell phone and my work several times.

I Got Two Of The Same Calls Today One At Home And One At Work And It Was
The Same Lady Named Stacy. She Said That She Was From Some State Investigation Unit And That It Would Be In Best Inttrest To Call Her If I Did Not Call That an Officer Of The Courts Would Be Comeing Buy My House Or My Work To Issue Me Court Papers Or Have Me Arested. She Never Said What For Or Anything. She Just Said If I Did Not Get Intouch With Her That I Would Suffer The Legale Acction. And At The End Of The Message She Said Good Luck.

I ForGot To Add To My First Statement Is That She Even Had My SS# And My Address And That Realy Pissed Me Off. How Can The Goverment Just Let These People Get Away With This Calling People On The Phone At There Homes And At There Work Place Thats Just Not Right. It Seems Like The Honest Working Amrican People Have No Rights Anymore.But I Guess Thats What Happens When The Crooked Polititions And Govervment Agencys And Presidents Let These People In To Our Country And They Try To Rob/Cheat And Steal From Every Body That They Can Insted Of Going To Work And Earn Money The Honest Way.
