They sent me an unsolicited SMS message (Revolutionary Brazilian Weight Loss...) that I have to pay for!  This is unacceptable.  They need to stop.

Try sending them an SMS via email, telling them how you feel about receiving unsolicited SMS spam:

The number 305-877-0530 is a Cingular/ATT wireless number out of Miami, Fl. My numbers are on the DO NOT CALL LIST also.  This is my first spam text message on my cell phone so I suspect the CULPRIT has access to A T & T numbers. I will complaint to AT & T also because they know who owns the phone number and should be cut off/reported to FTC right away.

I just got this diet ad, so they're still at it. I responded with a blast of profanity. I better not get subscribed to anything or see any charges (I have unlimited messaging).

Got this text at 1:31 am last night.  What a freaking way to do business.  Filed complain with FTC and National Do Not Call.

We have received on our cell pho0nes unsolicited and unwanted text messages from this company.  Some diet company out of Miami, FL

Our cell phones are 813-205-0982 and 334-1982

Please have them stop this outlandish procedure.
