I have done a reverse phone number lookup and it says the number is invalid. I looked the number up on several differrent sites and they all say the same thing 'INVALID' number.
- anthony| 1 replythis number keeps calling my home, every time not leaving a message. I blocked my number for a second and called the number back. It rings several time then a recording comes on stating "we apologize but agents are taking other calls.

Why don't YOU filter those unwanted calls, instead of relying on somebody else to do it for you?
Simply get a phone number blocking service, app or device.

(That site also has a link to Amazon's phone blocker devices and apps, as well as a page showing various government sites that accept complaints or warn about scams.) - Not HappyI have been getting multiple calls from (305) 901-4690 MARATHON, FL and (321) 215-4771 MELBOURNE, FL.
They never leave a message, just call and interrupt me.
I called both back just today, 4/1/2014, and the recording was the exact same message in both cases.
"All of our agents are busy, crap, leave a message...etc...." - JMcalls but leaves no message.

Why should people have to purchase a call blocker when we pay for the FCC to establish a database containing a Do Not Call List?
Why don`t these bureaucrats start imposing fines on these companies and bankrupting them?
If they can`t do their job, let`s just threaten to ELIMINATE the whole FCC! Think they might get the message and not sit on their collective butts and just collect their salaries?
All it takes is a President with b*lls to threaten this and I am sure we would see some results- Caller: unknown telemarketing sc*m
- Anonym replies to Pat| 1 replyThe DNC was created for the use of LEGITIMATE telemarketers.
Most of these unwanted calls don't even originate from this country. - Pat replies to AnonymIsn`t it amazing that you KNOW most of the calls do not originate in this country. I regularly get calls soliciting money for the the State Troopers in FL and they give the same spiel. They speak perfect English and since they do pass on a very small portion of the money collected, they somehow qualify as a charity. I refuse to make a "pledge" and, instead, support the projects my church chooses. They have a mailing address in the next county.
- Slim replies to Pat| 1 reply>> Why should people have to purchase a call blocker when we pay for the FCC to establish a database containing a Do Not Call List? <<
The DNC list does not automatically block calls. Instead, it provides a list of "do not call" phone numbers to legitimate telemarketers who pay a fee for the list.
The DNC list exempts political callers, survey organizations, charities and companies with preexisting business relationships, but these organizations might have their own, internal Do Not Call list (ask them).
The DNC list is not effective against criminals, spammers and scammers, because those people do not subscribe to the DNC list, and do not care if you are on or off that list.
Its purpose is to stop calls from legitimate telemarketers, and it does a pretty good job at that.

Pissed in Indiana is correct.
Read carefully. Not ALL calls originate outside the USA, however, the greatest number of reports in 800notes seem to be complaints about overseas scammers (apparently Indian or Pakistani). - concerned beastIt's someone calling to sell the Orlando Sentinel. Because I've taken the paper before, I cannot complain to DONOTCALL.gov. But, yes, he does not leave a message. He sounds like he's calling from a call center with lots of others making calls in the background.
- Caller: Orlando Sentinel
- Call type: Telemarketer
- John replies to MichaelIt is wise to block, or not answer ALL calls from the 305 are code-- the code of scammers!
- MSThis number calls twice a day, but never leave a voicemail.
- JoseyI am getting numerous calls from this # 305 901 4690 Marathon FL. When I am on the phone and this number calls, it causes a momentary pause or bleep with the person I am speaking with. They call late at night, and early in the morning.
- Caller: not a company but a phone #
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Josey replies to PatOur cell phones have a block feature, it should be no problem (or x-tra cost) for us to easily block calls from our home phones.
- AlisonThe Orlando Sentinel makes sense because I used to get their paper delivered however it's been over a year since we stopped and this number has called and called and called relentlessly ever since. These tactics simply reinforce my decision to never buy their paper again
- Call type: Telemarketer
- RobinI GET the Orlando Slantinel DELIVERED, yet they call from both the 305 and 321 numbers every.single.day. Multiple times each day...they start right after 8am and go right up to 9p. Every.Single.Day.
- Caller: Orlando Sentinel
- Haven replies to PatOMG, really? You're making it political? Maybe the do nothing GOP congress you elected should grow a pair and do something. You obviously have no clue how the FCC works or what they do. You also lack basic knowledge about the Do Not Call list. Maybe turn of Fox News and do a little research. Time to take some personal responsibility and go ahead and learn how to block calls. Just like *I* filter my email, I can filter my phone calls. Spam is spam.
- SallyI simply blocked them!!! They shouldn’t be calling and I’m keeping blocking them!!! : )
