Scam caller from Revenue Canada Criminal Investigations Dept.. Keeps calling, Total BS!

Broken message stating that they registered a criminal offence in my name for tax evasion or fraud.  You need to call back immediately!  These are ongoing scams, total BS.

Same call as "Annoyed" received. Total scam. Attempted ripoff.

Don't fall for this scam. Revenue Canada does  not use phone calls.

Claim to be with revenue canada. Called 3 times in a day and leave same automated voice message.

Poorly recorded message telling me that a law suit had been filed by Canadian Revenue Tax Agency for tax fraud.  Urged me to call 309-921-4581 immediately.  This is a SCAM!

Left 3 voicemails within a 6 hour period stating tax evasion and seeking urgent call back. They're making the rounds in Mississauga today.

Georgetown: one call last week and 3 yesterday!!

They called 3 times today, all with the same message that "there is a lawsuit against you for tax fraud" or something along the lines of that. First of all, they refer to themselves as "Revenue Canada" which is incorrect, as it has been the Canada Revenue Agency since 1999. Secondly, the area code is from Miami, Florida. Don't fall for this scam.

Criminal charges

Left recorded message twice today telling me that a law suit had been filed by Canadian Revenue Tax Agency for tax fraud.  Urged me to call 305-921-4581 immediately.  I think this is a scam and I will not call back!

Got 3 calls yesterday and then again 3 more times today about 10min apart. Real annoying poor quality scam recording as others have claimed about criminal charges.

I wish the authorities would catch these ppl and make them serve serious time! This is a serious crime they are committing using extortion to sacre ppl!

Rev. Canada filing fraud case.  Hard to believe since Revenue Canada has not existed for years.

I tried actually calling the Guv to check this out but the lines are completely busy, probably cuz this idiot is freakn ppl out 🙄😪.  Im smart enough to not call the # that was left for me to call. So I Googled it and found endless complaints for the same # due to the same issues. So thank u!
