A person by the name of Thomas Lasader (do not know if this is how to spell his last name) called me today and said that my name had been downloaded to the county at approximately 6:00 pm last night for a case we have in our office. He needed me to call him immediately on a voluntary basis before they take action.

Same here. He called from another 305 number yesterday...he's been calling for months now well him or other people..sounds like a scam. How can you tell me action will be taken if I don't return your call yet you just said my name was turned it to the county. He's suppose to say what county and has suppose to say my name. Scam scam scam

same here ...guy with an accent by the name of Thomas Lasader ....OMG the need to stop...added them to my reject list on my phone...

I also got the same message, I am continuously receiving this call for almost a month now.

What a way to make a living!!  Been getting called of late with several messages. In the first place a letter has to come from the collection agency verifying everything for you to acknowledge; not over the phone!

Received same call but if you call back a recording comes saying number is not in service. It's a scam and nothing to worry about. As soon as you questions these guys they hang up. Challenge them to give you info and don't verify anything plus tell them to mail you paperwork if it's legit.

Wow. Same msg with same guy, same name just happened now. Poeple, do not involve with this scammer, never. Don't be afraid of nothing. You are ok!! Just ignore! !!

Received the same call , also called from 305-600-3303. They have moved from GA to Miami
