I'm in Denmark (Europe) and I just received a call from this number. Lady with a strong Indian accent. The connection was really bad, so we had a hard time hearing each other, so after around 2 minutes she said: "Okay, I'll hang up, thank you" or something. And we hung up.

I wonder how the heck they got my number in Denmark? It makes no sense.

Anyway. Went to Google, searched for the number. Got here. End of story! :-)

Got a call, and the woman said "Good Evening, Ma'am, are you the lady of the house?"
I said, I'm sorry, I'm not interested.  If I don't know you, I'm not interested."  It's the first time I've used that, and it worked really well.  She really didn't know what to say...
I said thank you and hung up.

i just received a call from 307 215 1001 and I didn't answer as I don't answer unknown numbers- but I let it go to voicemail and a long message was left- more than a minute- but no clear words were heard- just backround noise- I mistakenly deleted it however so I don't know how long the actually recording was. Has anyone tried calling this number back?

This number 307-215-1001 with the caller id of Wyoming call keeps calling my house at least once to twice a day.  When I go to answer the call no one answers.  I try to call back but a message stating that this number has changed or is no longer in service answers.  It is quite irritating.  I don't know how this number even got a hold of my house number.  If anyone has any information about this, please share.

Received the call at 1:24 p.m. today.  My daughter was the only one at home and she knows not to answer numbers she doesn't know.  No message.  Googled it and it's a Casper, WY number.  I'm not calling it back because I know it's a bunch of bullsh**.

got the call at 12:05 pm today.  answered, but no one was there!  gripes the you know what out of me!!!!
have all my numbers on DNC list.  but i think that is a big joke!  it sure didn't stop any calls to any of my numbers!

I got a call twice today from this # but didn't answer. No message left. Says Wyoming call and when I called it back it said it wasn't in service. Was surprised to find as much stuff about it when I googled it.

Called our business line, they were looking for "the man of the house" - I mentioned that this was a business line, she apologized, and that was that.

I've gotten calls from this # twice this week, but didn't answer.  No voicemail left. I hope this doesn't become a reoccuring issue. They always seem to call around the time I am going to bed!

I have received weekly calls from this # at different hours of the day/evening for about a month now, but don't answer because I never take calls from #'s I'm not familiar with. Found out it is a land-line supposedly originating from Casper, Wyoming. Perhaps complaining to the phone company who operates in this area might make a difference??? I did a quick search but could not find the company. Does anybody know?

I got a call from this number on my business line and they offer to give us a loan that could be paid off by letting them have our Visa/Mastercard receipts. I receive similar calls every week from many different numbers

I am also on the do not call list and when this number came up I answered it and I guess they hung up. I got on here and found your report, this is good to have. Thanks

I received this call twice today. They asked for me by first and last name. They said they were calling from AT&T and wanted to offer me a discount on my current phone plan. I told them I did not have AT&T. He said that this offer was for exisiting AT&T BUSINESS customers only. I told him this was a personal cell phone and my carrier was not AT&T and asked that I be removed from their call list. He told me he would make note of it and was very polite.

I too received a call from (307) 215-1001. Wondering if it a Skype number

Just received call from 307-215-1001.  Caller ID said Unknown Name.  Same number called earlier today while I was at work.  Caller ID said Wyoming that time.  They are using my Fax number, so no message on answering macine.

I get a phone call almost daily from the above listed number.  No one is ever on the other line nor do they ever leave a message.  When I answer, the call stays connected for up to 20 seconds.

Several calls no one there.

Yes I just got the call, googled the number and landed here. The Indian sounding lady said something about a travel deal and claimed to be located in the local Dallas Galleria mall. Yeah, right. The 307 area code says otherwise. DUH . . .

Can't we do something about this kind of thing?
