Called business phone with Caller ID of 411 Info. No message left.

I have a business line. They called, but left no message. I just wish these types of calls would quit. Very annoying.

Said 411 info...Number was 307-316-7481. Left no message so i assume it wasn't important for them but waste my time.

Robo call states to press 1 to update my business listing.

Stop calls me, stop harrassing me! I am not interest! I did told press 1 few times but u guys keep calls me. That [***] rude and u got no respect what i told to stop! You get last warn! If u keep call us then i'll reporting to police! No question ask!

Why aren't the phone companies blocking and cancelling phone service to these malignant spammers?

The problem is that it's probably coming from some remote village in Africa. The only solution is international phone companies blocking these call locations from using phone service.

Call our company in October and just called again. They changed their caller id to "Customer Care". Spam telemarketers are changing their caller ids so it sounds legit.

Directory listing scam

Robo-scam telemarketer call received in N. California, but they terminated the call and left no message.  Others report it is the scam to update my business listing.

Our daily calls from these lowlife scumbags. Different day, Different scam. They are phishing for your information to drain your bank account. Do not press buttons, do not call them, it verifies your number and they will keep calling and sell your number to other scumbags. just hang up immediately.  I report them every day to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222 for all the good it does.

Folks, it's not a phone company, it's a criminal Spammer using a Computer and a V.O.I.P. service to pound out 1,000's a calls per hour. You won't stop them and you cannot even find them.  See MoneyScam.info.
Best chance, get a blocker, or do like I do.  I also have a V.O.I.P. service and can forward select calls so I forward them either right back at their number so they get caught in a loop, or if that doesn't work I forward them to one of those XXX talk dirty numbers.  One guy must like that because he calls back a lot.
