I got a call from this number (307.655.7560) and got a recording that said something repeatedly about try to connect me with this caller and finally that it was unable to and would try again later. I tried to call it back bit said something about IC Systems and if I have an IC Systems number... and I hung up...

307-655-7560 keeps calling my cell phone.   When answered there is nothing but static.
Completely annoying.

This is a collection agency, IC System. I waited on hold for several minutes before hanging up and calling back. I was put in touch with a well mannered lady who asked for my phone number (no other information was given). She provided me with my name, the amount that was in collection and the company which made the claim. In my case it was for unreturned Time Warner hardware associated with a disconnect (modem, cable box, cable card, etc.). In my case, I was told to return the equipment to TW and call back with a receipt number to remove the charges.

I got the exact same call as James.

I keep getting these calles and when I finally answered a lady asked for my name. Well I'm nit gna give my name out if I dnt know who it is. Well this person said she was calling from IC systems and I asked her what it was about and she said its personal. So I hung up on her. So Idk who they r and I do wna know

Read above, its a collection agency for Time Warner Cable. In my case as well as the others, it was for unreturned equipment. Simply return the equipment and you should be good.

I got a call from this number without any message. I called back and talked with CR of IC Systems Lisa. She told m of collection charges on my TWC account which was current. I asked them to send me a letter about the charges on my account.I have a letter from TWC showing my A/c has a credit balance.

Calls me all hours of day and late late nights no message nor am I able to speak with them idk who this is?

Same from me.  TW cable unreturned equipment. This is a useful web site -- I wouldn't have had any idea who the call was from without this thread.  Thanks.

very annoying phone call that seems fraudulent to me.  They have called me about 10 times in the past week.  Always during dinner of with friends at home.  I run a business and when I get a phone call for me directly I take it as it could be MY BUSINESS but it is not.  307.655.7560

Also got a call from these folks (307-655-9785) pressed "9" to be connected to someone and then was hung up on. Called the number back and got a voice mail, left them a message to contact my attorney that I have on retainer and advised them that they call me again w/o contacting my attorney 1st, that I would contact the State's AG and have litigation brought against them.

Hopefully they get the clue that the calls need to stop.

I received a phone call from this number, so I called them back. It was a recording that said, "Please press any digit to be removed from this list. This may take 24 to 48 hours. Thank you." It didn't provide any name like IC Systems or anything. When I pressed "any digit," the call ended...

I will sue her and report her to the AG office here in Opalaka.

I answered the call as it came into my home office # which is a VoIP # from another state where Corporate is....could have been a client calling.   They never said anything...then hung up.   I've never had Time Warner nor do I owe any collections for anything.   I also don't give out my company office # to anyone other than clients.   I'd say they are using an auto dialer.  

I've received several calls, sometimes more than 1/day from this number & they never leave a message.

Time Warner debit collector.  I moved out of my last home, returned the equipment in another city where we moved to but have since failed to pay my past due charges.  They call me once every week or few days maybe, no more than that.

Eventually I'll get around to paying them, but surviving comes first for me, you know, putting food on the table, paying the electricity to keep the heat on etc.

Received a call from this number. Started with a recording to hold while being transferred. Then someone came on the line and asked to speak to me by name, which I confirmed, then was transferred again to a woman. She wanted me to verify my address and I kept asking her what this was about. Each time she said "a personal business matter". After the third time when she still wouldn't reveal more about the nature of the call and I still hadn't confirmed my address she hung up.

I did just recently drop my TWC service but the  final bill just got charged to my credit card and I have a receipt for all of the returned equipment so I have no idea why these people would call if they truly are associated with TWC.
