Had an automated message offering lower credit card interest rates. It said press 1 to speak with an agent. I pressed 1 to asked to be removed from the list since I am on the Do Not Call List. When I wouldn't give them any verifying information (name, etc), the agent started calling me [***]. I requested to be removed from the list. The agent repeated [***] 5-10 times until I hung up the phone.

Someone called me from this number twice today, 10/14/2014, and when I called the number back it said it was not operational.

Same as above, called back and for message that number was not in service

I also tried to return the call and got the same result as Susan and Sheila did... "not in service"!

...within 20 seconds of reaching my cell answering machine which belongs to a minor child they called back again!
Lost of these companies skirt the law around "robo calling" by having a live person hit start when there's an answer.

Just got a call to reduce credit card interest rate.....pressed one to speak to someone. When I asked what card this was for, they promptly hung up. Tried to call back and got this number is not in service. JERKS! SCAMMERS. Don't answer phone numbers you don't recognize. If it's important they will leave a message. Irritated....

The rude person who answered hung up on me too. How do you report them for calling you when your number is on the do not call list?

This call came to our cell phone which is also on a DO NOT CALL list but didn't answer the phone

wants to lower my finance charge rate on a credit card.  i hung up.  calls my numbers weekly. it is harrassment.

keeps calling my cell phone regardless of telling them to remove my number from their system.

they want you to call them back, because they are allowed to call anyone who has tried to call them in the last 90 days

I got this call today but did not answer it as I did not recognize the number; however, I did call back to see just what was going on.  The automated message stated that the number was not in service.  That seemed suspicious. After researching this WY number on line and reading the posts here, I decided to file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.  I hope it helps.

Keep getting calls from this # to reduce credit card rates... I don't have any credit cards. I know it's a scam, and I wish somebody would do something about it!

i call from this number and noone answer when i said hello
