Got a call from this number and no one answered

Have recieved this call twice now - no message and no caller Id

Caller said they were Proactive Planning Solutions. Did not identify myself and they kept asking for me. They hung up when I wouldn't "put myself" on the line and kept asking them questions. They have called twice before and have hung up. Not sure why I am getting these calls since my bills are current.

I am getting these calls day and night.  I placed a nuisance block against this phone number with my cell provider and it only lasted a month.  Now I am getting them again.  Anyone have any free ideas??

they called and i couldnt answer. When I called back it said they're number had been disconnected??? I dont even use proactive so I dont know why they would be calling!

They called me a couple of times, hung up on me once then they called back and when I answered, they were talking in the back and then hung up again.  I called the # again and asked if it was Pro Active and they said who?? I said Pro Active and then they hung up again.  TOTAL SCAM as far as I'm concerned.  Don't answer this #.  Just another looser trying to get good people's $$$$$.

you need to call to this number: 1-888-382-1222. It's the DO NOT CALL ME number , once you do it, follow the instructions and within a month you won't receive this random scams anymore.

i have been getting call from this number to. they never talk, just hang up. its wired because i live in omaha NE, and 308 area code is in western nebraska. who is this ?

I didn't get a call from this number, different one. Larry identified himself as proactive planning solutions, supposed to be able to reduce my credit card rates. Someone would be calling me back in hour or so.
We shall see however, the number on my caller id 513-339-4619 is out of order. he just called five minutes ago

I just got my first call from these nimrods! "Joshua w/ ProActive Planning Solutions" asked for me BY NAME. (creepy!) I said "this is she" and he hung up on me. After reading everyone elses messages, I'm now expecting call number 2!!  I've been getting random sales calls ever since I game my phone number to the clerk while checking out at a store. NEVER DO THAT!!! That was dumb on my part & now I'm paying for it!! :-O

I received a first and second call but from 877-898-0109, her name was Sherry.  I was very leary but it sounded sincere.  Are the scammers using the name but not the real phone number?  She said they are listed with the Better Business Bureau.  After reading these messages I won't have contact with them again.

Recieved 2 calls from these #'s First, was a set up call and asked for me by name. Second, Identified herself as Cherry Walters with ProActive Planning Solutions, Offering to reduce all my Credit card rates by half or more within 30 days. Cost was only $695 and could be rolled into one of my credit cards, No out of pocket expences. Hung up very quickly when I delayed giving them a credit card # and stated asking questions about this so called program. It was Scam through and through - pretty slick and sounded interesting until you start asking questions

I am on the do not call list and they still call.  I've been called by two different numbers in two days claiming to be Proactive Planning Solutions, and they want to lower my intrest rates......they are working off of the same script.

I received several calls from a wierd area code. I normally do not answer these calls but decided to see who it was this time. He asked for me by name and said his name was Jacob Warren from Proactive Planning Solutions. He asked about how much debt I was in and how much my interest rates were. He said he could lower my interest rates by using their company and someone will be in touch with me within an hour or so to answer any questions. So, to see if this was a legit company, I looked it up and ran into all these complaints. I will not be answering the phone again in an hour or so when they call back...
